What can I say but AMAZING! All around great atmosphere, service, and most of the FOOD! I was also able to meet the owner Steve, we had a good conversation, picked up my plates and gave me a dessert on the house (house made Key Lime pie). I could not have had a better experience at any other restaurant.

We hosted our company holiday party at Mas Fuegos this past Saturday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had a reserved section of the restaurant, and the entire evening went so smoothly thanks to the incredible staff, especially Olivia and Sierra, who were so kind, attentive, and welcoming. The food was great, the vibes were just right, and we really appreciated the hospitality. Thank you for putting up with our crew! We always strive to be respectful guests when we’re out in the community, and Mas Fuegos made it easy to relax and celebrate. From all of us at Horsetooth Heating, Air & Plumbing, thank you!

We were at the end of a long day of traveling and we were HUNGRY. Mas Fuegos truly hit the spot and exceeded our expectations. The chips and guac were tasty, drinks were good, food was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. I loved my fuegos bowl with portobello mushroom and my friend loved his tacos. You get free chips and salsa. The chips were seasoned and quite tasty! If we weren’t traveling, I would definitely come back!

Mas Fuegos has quickly became our favorite margarita and mayhem spot in Ft Collins for our monthly BFF meet ups. Everyone who has helped us has been wonderful. But I want to give a special shout out to Maggie, she is such a sweetheart, very friendly and happy to help and make recommendations when I can’t make up my mind. Definitely try some of the new menu items.. so delicious. The Poblano con Pollo was so good. And the Little Red Corvette drink, yes please… give me two. We are kind of Flan snobs and theirs passes the test every time. Their key lime is top shelp also.

We had an amazing time at this wonderful restaurant. We we were greeted warmly by the hostess when we walked in and were seated right away. We sat at seats next to the bar right in the middle of the restaurant. We were served fresh chips that had seasoning on them. I’m picky and was a little worried about this but quickly realized that I was mistaken as I was clearly becoming addicted to them. The seasoning on the chips was delicious and not overpowering. And paired with the house-made salsa made it the perfect appetizer. My husband and I are trying to eat less while still enjoying going out so we split the Beef & Cheese Chili Rellenos, which were beer-battered and baked. We also split a Tinga chicken taco and both were amazing and delicious. I’m not a black bean fan but these black beans have changed my mind. I do not have one single bad thing to say about anything we ordered.
The other thing I noticed was the staff and how they interacted with each other. Everyone was happy and we could feel that vibe throughout the restaurant. They smiled as they passed each other and I felt that they were genuinely happy to be there and to be there with each other. It just felt good to see and feel this.
And now, for the Key Lime pie. We took it home and just enjoyed it after dinner this evening. My husband and I were play-fighting over it. He’d growl and say that I could not have any because he wanted it all to himself. This Key Lime pie was the best we have EVER had and I’m not exaggerating. I can see why they’re proud of it!
We also had the pleasure of meeting Steve, the owner. He was so warm and friendly and we very much enjoyed chatting with him. When we left we were thanked by five staff members. I do not have one single bad thing to say about this new find and we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you to Steve and his staff for a wonderful first visit. ❤️

I went to get a breakfast bowl this morning and the host was amazing. She was so friendly, kind, and welcoming. She was especially sweet with my little toddler. The food is great as well. I didn’t have enough to tip her today so I figured she deserves a great review at the very least!

Went for brunch the first time today and loved the food! This is their third week open for bunch on the weekends (11-2), and I highly recommend them if you are looking for something different. We had a hard time picking from the menu and everything we had was great – ordered chilaquiles and the bacon cheddar poblano omelette plus a side of premium potatoes. I don’t think you could go wrong with anything you picked.
Still hungry after brunch? You have to try the key lime pie (no pic, devoured too quickly). Best key lime pie I’ve ever had. Kids loved the churros (served with chocolate or caramel on the side).
Great options for those of us on the south side of town. I know we will be back!

Ran in for a Grab and Go Breakfast Burrito. Best Chorizo Breakfast Burrito ever! And the person who rang us up was awesome! I will have to try their menu for lunch or dinner, someday.
Update (04/20/2025): Came for Easter lunch. Awesome tacos! Definitely will be back.

We had a nice time dining here on a Friday night. It was a bit busy and took about 20 minutes to be seated, but I think it was worth it. Our waitress (I believe her name was Jasmine?) was very sweet and attentive. It was a busier night, and once we got out food, there were a few things missing or mixed up with our dishes, but it was not the biggest issue, and was resolved quickly by the wait staff. The food was tasty, and the drinks were great! Additionally, the chips and salsas they provided were some of the best we have had. I think they were complimentary, but I am not sure. For my first time there, I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere as well. Overall, we had a great time and will certainly be back to try some other dishes!
