This Wendy’s does not deserve four stars. Not a single person at the drive thru got their food at the window. They tell everyone to pull in to a curbside spot so they can take their sweet time not even following your order. These ratings need some serious adjustment, so I’ll contribute to re-rating them.
They messed up my burgers, gave me mustard when I requested no mustard, and didn’t put any sauces in the bag. There’s nothing like staring at the “quality is our recipe” sign for 20 minutes waiting for a poor quality order.
Update: these are the driest nuggets I have ever eaten, they actually take significant effort to tear them in half (to visualize how hard and overcooked they are).

The register was not working, but they didn’t let anybody know. We’re all just standing there for ten minutes or better until I asked what was going on. Then when they took the order , they overcharged me.
I asked for my fries, extra crispy and they got mad at me and told me they’d never do that again when I asked for it in the first place, it should have been done.
The Dr. Pepper was not working on the soda machine but they didn’t care about that, either.
The table was dirty and it had me clean before sitting down.

It was really busy. I’ve worked in fast food a lot in my life and I feel like they needed someone with more experience helping out during this rush. They were still very friendly and got my order right

I will not be back at this Wendy’s, extremely poor customer service. Woman at the drive thru was constantly interrupting me as I tried to make my order and didn’t even get all of my order so when I went to collect my food and pay I mentioned the missing item and they charged me again! No wonder to was nearly empty at noon on a Saturday

I always enjoy our local Wendy’s. It’s my go to spot when I want something fast and fresh. Only downside to the experience is the drink machine is usually a miss on the correct soda/syrup mixture. Besides from that always a great time!

I am taking the food home now after waiting 15 mins on a baked potatoe. A man walked out without a frosty he ordered because the machine was not filled up and a mean looking young man was playing some rough music while others employees were complaining about what all they had to do.

Twice my mom had to let them know that her hamburger Patty was not fully cooked at that particular location in Paris, Tennessee, but other than that, they were pretty good and they were good about making it right.

Mostly everything about this place was nice. The cashier, the food, and even the floor; as I saw no trash at all on it. Even though the building looked kind-of outdated.
The pretzel baconator was amazing! Bacon looked funny though. If you haven’t tried fries dipped in a frosty, you’re missing out on life.
If I had to choose burger king or Wendy’s, I would go here.

Normally I don’t write reviews, but I decided I would.
Went to Wendy’s after a 8 hour shift, Ordered 2 Chicken Sandwich combos and a 10 piece chicken nugget combo — Before getting towards the window; Was Told the food was being made fresh and would take 5 to 10 mintues, Got to the window and the Order was not repeated back (Which would have been necessary had said order not been taken/inputed correctly).
After that was handed 3 drinks that were ordered without ice — Expected all 3 drinks to be at least a little cold/cool but instead they were hot to the touch.
The Sandwiches and Nuggets were fresh I suppose, Though some of the fries were definitely old.

I had to wait for my 10pc spicy nugget, which is no big deal. I definitely would not eat these. They said they were fresh, but they look disgusting. I’m never going here again.
