The server was pleasant and helpful. Fries came out hot but everything else was lukewarm. I also ordered a 20ct nugget and they shorted me 5. I literally didn’t get 25% of what I paid for. I hate to think we have to count nuggets now.

I ordered at the drive thru. September 18 around 6:25 pm. The gentleman taking my order was polite and patient. I approached the window I was greeted with a smile with a yes ma’am and thank you. When i received my food excellent appearance, hot and fresh. I was so amazed. That comes from a great shift manager that knows how to control the shift as well as proper training. I give them a 10 out of 10. Keep up the good work.

12:15pm on a Monday, middle of what should be the lunch rush and the food is cold??? Fries are room freakin temperature straight from the drive thru window! C’mon man. Aren’t the fries under heat lamps? Are they not working? Have they been sitting out on a counter for hours or something? That lunch was definitely not worth my $8.

This place is completely slow, disorganized, & nasty. The only cashier literally up & left (without saying a word) for a cigarette break while she still had 3 people in line & noeone to cover for her. So these customers just stood there & waited when she stepped outside. There were fries on the counter by the register (which was already dirty btw) that sat there for about 20 minutes until they were finally picked up. Oh & they were there when we got there, so who knows how long they REALLY sat there for.
We ordered 3 of the “4 for $4” meals. My husband & daughter had burgers, I had a chicken sandwich. Their burgers were pretty pink inside, so they had to take them back. Then they gave my husband & daughter the same burger, forgetting that she ordered the jr. bacon cheeseburger.
So the bottom line is: THIS PLACE SUCKS.

Secrets In The Dark
Been here about 30 minutes now. The last 5 times I came here I gave up and went to McDonald’s, but this time I want to see the food. Hopefully they’ll remember they’re at work…. Smh
I’m editing because OMG it was well worth the wait. Maybe it takes forever because they cook it fresh to order. I don’t know, but really I think you just need to come when the 4:00 crew is there because they are Definitely cooking with Love!

Im currently in line after 1 hour of waiting. Told the ONLY CAR in front of me not to pull up – goals is to deter other customers from ordering.Watched staff smoke weed in the parking lot and hang out with friends while we waited to order . It’s NOW 1030- I was here early enough and far from close. Staff told me don’t order it would be 15 mins, but my wife wants chili so I asked about waiting. Now I’m here an hour later STILL waiting – Unprofessional, rude and slow. Take the drive to another location. I hoped this one would be different….

Sitting here for 15 minutes after I ordered in the drive through which was empty when I ordered . I was stopped before the window frantically by the woman who I pulled up and she was too busy on her phone arguing with someone when I pulled up to the window. She finally opens the door to the window asked me for my card doesn’t say anything I hand you my card then she just passes it back to me after a while and my food which is also cold on top of the order not even being correct. You can’t bother to get it corrected because I immediately close the door on you and go back to playing on their phones and you’re a bother if you try to get them the correct anything. The insides clean I can give it that that’s a bonus and a plus but outside of that this definitely isn’t customer service friendly. I hate that I love Wendy’s food Sometimes I question if it’s worth it on visits like this..

Really 2.5 stars .I went to get breakfast tn this morning for my wife and i.. we got the sausage egg Swiss. Croissants and they were pretty good. Their potatoes are awesome normally but they were not hot today , as well as my black coffee was nothing more than barely warm tea colored water with no flavor. Seems like they rinsed out the pot and gave me the water . Definitely not worth the money I paid . I would complain to owner/manager however I didn’t even receive a receipt. A replacement would be nice … attached is a photo of my brown water “coffee” ..notice it’s not even close to black
