What a piece of crap store. Lobby always closed. They take a 20 minute break between serving food at breakfast and lunch. No baked potato or chili. Bathroom nasty. Just close up already. Zero stars. Dave would be upset.

The host was extremely inattentive, claiming it was her second day on the job and that she was high. The rest of the crew was slacking off, except for Carlesha, who was working exceptionally hard. She was taking orders, making them, bagging food, and passing it out. I suggested that she should be promoted to manager and also tipped her for her excellent customer service.

This Wendy’s is very nasty, mostly the public restrooms will have you testing positive for COVID-19 in year 2035 – the women employees don’t care to clean or take care of the business. I don’t respect it and they need to do better. Food was fresh but the way they keep the cleansing wise – disgusting

I asked for a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. No bagel was available, so I settled for a biscuit. I waited on my order and watched them make a few sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. They gave me a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit.

As for the website, wasn’t easy to order. Payment kept failing ( I lost all items on my order because of that) but same card later worked in-store.
You have to add EVERYTHING separate??? If you don’t do that, probably get the ( maybe frozen) burger in the bottom of the bag.
Stick to Macdonald’s.
Very disappointed.
