I visited this place because my daughter said everything there was delicious and that they had very crispy onion rings, but unfortunately, it was nothing like what I received. It was the first and last time I’ll ever go to this restaurant. The first photo is what I ordered, and the second is what I and received. My location is 5 minutes away from the place so there’s no excuse.

Is hard to find a good place for hamburgers. Hamburger places lately have become overpriced and are not always the best. But this location is the exception. Other fast food places are good, but sometimes you just get the cravings for something better. With this place, you won’t have to empty your wallet. They have lunch specials like the Tams box, which contains hamburger, fries, and two tenders. The patty is fresh and juicy, the fries are thick but not greasy, and the tenders are not heavy with breading. The staff is very friendly and truly helpful. It’s definitely one of my favorite spots. Check them out!!!

We got the chesesburger meal, double cheeseburger meal, and then my husband went back and ordered chili cheese fries.
The place was clean and the staff was fast and friendly. The food wasnt bad. It just wasn’t anything to write home about. It tastes like a chain burger. Better than mcds.

I ask for a corn dog meal and they gave me a hotdog meal instead so I drive back and waited for them to fix it and it took 10-15 minuites. Also two younger employees were busy playing each other by the register.

Idk who owns this location but it’s definitely not the same people who run the Ontario & Rancho Cucamonga location. Bought dinner for my family paid over $50 just to get some cold food, the chill cheese fries made me throw up & I never received my chicken salad. I love Tams but this location is trash!!! First & last time!!!

Great Customer service! Food is always fresh! Love coming here to eat breakfast, lunch! It always packed best to come early or on weekdays! They have big lobby to sit down and enjoy your food!! Many variety of foods to choose from. The bathrooms are nice and clean! The workers are very nice coming asking you need anything! A+++++

I stopped by Tams Rialto expecting a solid lunch, but left disappointed. The zucchini and chicken strips I ordered came without ranch! Arguably the most essential part of the meal. It’s like serving a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without the peanut butter.
Instead of owning the mistake, the staff brushed it off with “Next time we’ll give you three ranches on us.” That doesn’t fix today’s lunch. It felt like they were more focused on upselling ranch for 75 cents than getting the order right.
Not sure if the guy at the window was having a rough day or just trying to pad the bill, but either way, I won’t be back. Next time, I’ll head to Farmer Boys, where customer service still means something.

Burger dinners are not my first choice but this one and the one on mango n foothill is good … this location will serve you food faster than the mango location..!
