I will agree and confirm the drawing of the last straw with this Wendys in Covington TN. I ordered two meals. One $5 biggie bag and one baconator meal from the regular menu. We had to pull up and wait. They finally bring it out. There’s no napkins, no sauce for the nuggets in the biggie bag and the fries are barely warm and dry. I apologize for being an inconvenience and ask for fresh fries, napkins and sauce. The employee tries to go back in and help me and the door is locked. He has to go to the drive through window to do it. He brings me napkins and says have a good night. I ask again about the fries and sauce. He goes back to the window and finally gets fries (still old) I can hear a female employee yelling at him through the window. This guy was visibly shaking when he brought our fries back. I again apologized for causing him so much trouble. I had to ask one more time for sauce. By this time I wasn’t even upset because it was just that ridiculous. He finally brings me the sauce and I hear the female yelling from the window again…TELL HER NEXT TIME ITS EXTRA! Bless her heart. I’m still not upset and start my drive home. In the darkness of my old truck, I took a bite of the cheeseburger and immediately spit it back in the wrapper. I should have already checked that while sitting there playing their games. My mistake. The biggie bag might as well have been pulled from the trash and served to me. The baconator meal? That sandwich was delicious according to my daughter. This location obviously doesn’t care about the customer. I don’t like leaving negative reviews. However, I’ve had so many similar experiences with the Covington TN location, I do feel I should give a fair review. Pictures are posted as well.

This was the final straw with this location. Had to wait over 20minutes for food. Only one car in line ahead which also had to wait. While waiting in the dark, dimly lit parking lot I observed several sketchy characters in the eating area playing and kind with staff (who should have been preparing my food). A couple other sketchy characters openly smoking pot at the doorway. The food was absolutely horrible. The service was horrible. Probably won’t be long before this joke of a restaurant is closed. I’m sure Dave would be so proud of his legacy being represented like this.

Dave’s double /fries and a strawberry lemonade to wash it down.
Burger was as expected, tasted good along with the fries and drink.
Inside appeared clean and well organized.
Crew member was great and helpful.

The young man at the front counter Eddie was amazing he rushed to get out order taken even tho they where short staffed and worked hard and fast to get me and my family our order very pleased with my experience Keep up the good work Eddie and dont let others get you down you are doing a amazing job and made our day thank you if yalls receipt machine is working I was gonna leave a review on yalls website but I’ll get ya next time thanks

Service could’ve been nicer but the food was yummy and lettuce was pretty good. We fed 5 people for under $50. The bathroom was out of toilet paper.

We’ve been here about 5-6 times while we’ve been staying in the C-town….I’ve been here with my cousin who likes the Asiago chicken. I can’t comment on ambiance since I’ve only been through the drive -thru. But each time I’m waited on courteously. Wish they’d bring back the salted caramel Frosty. That was good! And the orange -vanilla swirl version too. Other than that I like going here

At 10:04 in the morning I ordered 2 items from the menu in the drive through. There are zero cars in the parking lot, zero cars ahead of me, zero cars behind me. I ordered 2 single items. I paid. Was immediately asked to pull forward and wait. And boy was it a wait. In 14 minutes of waiting I vusualized one car pull in and order behind me and immediately had to pull in a space to wait also. Another vehicle pull immediately to the qindow then leave. I have to exit my vehicle and enter the store to ask for a refund AFTER 14 MINUTES OF WAITING. Zero customers in the establishment. 4 employees aNd no one has a clue where my food is and the entire inside smells like marijuana. I’m then given a bag with one of the two items. Have to ask for the other only to be told “he already brought it out there”. ??????? Are these employees that messed up? Then leave. No napkins. No fork. The 2nd item was hasilty tossed in the bag and was messy. Had to trash the item as I’m not much for eating gravy and biscuit from a container like a dog or with my paws. Total waste of time and money. I’d expect my food to be sizzling hot after that amount of wait time. But it was barely warm. Willie at the window might be taking more than fast food orders. Just saying. Someone might want to check out this shady establishment. I’m assuming since I ordered food I wasn’t their priority, obviously since the interior reeked of pot.
