My friend and I went last night 1-18-26. After waiting at the speaker for close to 5 minutes,asking if anyone was there and if they were open,we were about to pull off when a girl said “what would you want?” I stated my order,she never replied. I said hello,are you there? She replied a bit later and said oh,ya ok. Anything else? I said ya. It comes with a drink? She said,ok. What do you want? I then looked at my friend. Who was stunned. I asked the lady if everything was ok? She said um,yes. I’m just chatting with some other customers. And was giggling and laughing. We left. As a born and raised portervillian,this made me so sad. KFC is a dying chain. My childhood. And I was humiliated to see it being run so poorly. I hope things get better there

I didn’t enjoy this place before due to several negative experiences with the previous manager (the stocky one), who had a bad temper and often looked unhappy. Service was slow, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. Now, the new manager has made a huge difference the service is fast, friendly, and the environment feels much more welcoming. People who truly put in the effort, like Adriana, really deserve recognition w these improvements, I’ll definitely be coming back ↔️

Food was prepackaged before I arrived. Got soggy sitting there,bag was torn. Boxes got wet and were falling apart while trying to take chicken out. Bag of sides fell out of torn bag. Everything was just a mess when I got it home. Coleslaw warm, wedges and macaroni cold. For $45, very disappointing.

KFC is running a special for a free bucket of chicken with a minimum $15 purchase for a limited time. Grabbed that and added mashed potato poppers, biscuits, and apple bites. You can skip all of it. As a girl who loves all things deep fried, I was looking forward to tasting these potato poppers. So sad, flavorless, and boring. They come with gravy which does nothing for them. It’s so overly salty, I had to throw it away. The potatoes would benefit from some sharp cheddar cheese and chopped peppers. The apple pie bites are flaky, not too sweet, but still bland. Maybe a drizzle of white icing would jazz them up. Most disappointing was the fried chicken. You’d do better to grab the fried chicken from your grocery store deli counter. I don’t know what the eleven herbs and spices are in the Colonel’s recipe but it’s missing something. I don’t know if I missed something when I ordered but I got regular not extra crispy. Don’t know if that’s an option. And lastly, the biscuits are just big salt bombs. So disappointing. Anyway, I won’t be ordering any of that again. I might try the tenders . . .

Made an online order for a certain time and still waited approximately 30-40 minutes, order had to get remade. This has happened before a couple of times but in past months. I’ve only ordered here maybe 3 times in the last 4-5 months and same results. Place seems understaffed and possibly mismanaged/poor ownership. Workers seem to not have enough support, I can’t as a person get upset at them when it’s obvious the struggle is caused by those above them. (I’ve worked food service, previous experience makes all the indicators easy to see.) I hope things can change here

Had to wait 8 min while 3 other cars got there meals . Told me 8 min for chicken . And no mac and cheese. When I asked why they didnt get our mac and cheese. She told me 30 min wait.why wouldnt they keep the things they sell prepaired.and or tell you when ordering that they have none ready.

i went there yesterday and the fries were so hard , im not sure if the food is freshly cooked or not but im pretty sure they are the reason i got food poisoning !! NEVER eating there again

Quality has really gone down hill at our local KFC. Seems as though I’ve been left disappointed after every visit for the last year or two. The only thing left that was consistently good was the fries and after this last visit I can no longer look forward to those either. Once if finally got my fries (after they were not included in the bag initially or after the second time returning to the counter to remind the worker that we were still waiting for them) they were cold and stale tasting. Very disappointing. I had hoped that they would be fresh at least since we had to wait so long. I can say this though, in an attempt to make up for the repeat forgetfulness they gave us a large order of stale cold fries instead of the regular one provided with the meal. So bonus points for the upgrade?
