Went into the drive through at 11pm as the dining room was closed. I was with my mom who was in her own car and I was in mine and she had told them she would pay for both of our tickets. 4 days ago she went through the drive through and had ordered a frosty tag and the tag had fallen out of the cardboard holder it comes in and she hadn’t even noticed until Ashley at the drive through had said it was missing out of the holder. The manager Tori came over and said she “did not have to honor” the tag since it was missing out of the holder, even though mom had the receipt with her to prove she purchased it. While going through this whole conversation Tori had a nasty attitude and just kept saying she didn’t have to honor it and that she “did not believe she was telling the truth” about the tag even after seeing the receipt with the date and the same location listed on the receipt. She was then told to pull up so they could walk the food outside to her car so they could work on my food and take my payment. Even though she had my mom already pay for both tickets. They just wanted the drive through wait time to go down because it makes them look bad. Tori then proceeded to talk about my mom to Ashley with the drive through window open to where my mom could hear her. Saying that they had no reason to honor the tag and my mom was being ridiculous. My mom was trying to be polite through the whole conversation, but Tori did not seem to care. She through my mom was lying about a $3 key tag that she had proof of purchase of.

We both pulled away from the window and proceeded to wait 15 minutes for 2 meals AFTER the whole conversation that lasted about 10 minutes. And there were other workers in the back besides Tori and Ashley who could have been working on the food. When Ashley brought the food outside I was missing my drink and my frosty I had ordered. When I told her that she did not apologize, tell me she’d be right back, nothing. Just said “ok” and walked away. I proceeded to wait 5 minutes for a junior frosty and a coke. She also said “my manager told me to tell both of y’all that if you want to order the frosty with the key tag you have to order it at the drive through speaker. She had no apologies. She had an apology once my mom got out of her car to meet Ashely outside of my car window so we could all talk together about why was wrong and what needed to be fixed. It seemed she was scared we were going to do something to her or something because she all of a sudden stood up straight, kept repeating “yes ma’am every-time one of us had said something, and apologized multiple times. We told her we appreciated her apologies but her manager should be the one apologizing the most. All the manager did was hang her head out the drive through window to stare at us talking to ashely. My mom was also standing about 2-3 feet away from her, so there was no threat.

Last week I bought a kid’s meal.
It included a toy. This week I’m informed they do not give toys in kids meals anymore. I was also informed they no longer give penny’s when I got my refund. Even though I gave them pennies to pay for it initially.
My kid was disappointed. Why would I pay $6? For less food than a biggie bag.

Well let me tell y’all, this Wendy’s knocked it out the park tonight! We had us a big ol’ to-go order and not only was every single thing in the bag, it was fresh, hot, and downright delicious. Staff was as friendly as could be, and they got us in and out quicker than I expected with that size of an order. Can’t ask for better service or better food. Y’all keep it up!

Every time I go to this Wendy’s my order is wrong and the females at the window have attitudes. I’m sick of it! Nobody made you work there. Ordered a BACON double stack and every time there is no bacon. Lying about making fresh fries. At this point why was this even opened in Munford? Straight trash.

We waited in the drive thru forever. These people are rude and lazy. I swear I felt like I was in a slow motion movie. Basically, this is not a “fast food” establishment. Don’t bother going if you are trying to eat in a lunch break

On 9 August 2025 around 1200pm I went through the drive through and ordered a hamburger kids meal only ketchup. I pulled forward to check the order and I received a cheeseburger with only ketchup. I took it in to get the order fixed. I spoke with both the cashier and the chef making the sandwich. They were both aware the sandwich was a hamburger only ketchup. They make the sandwich and I leave. I trusted because I spoke to both employees that the sandwich would be right. I got home and the sandwich had cheese AGAIN! I can always count on this store to be consistently wrong with at least one item on my order. Will not be coming back anymore.

I placed a mobile order through the Wendy’s app. We arrived at the Munford,TN location about 30 minutes before closing. As always we pulled through the driveway and arrived at the order location. A recording came across the speaker stating that the location was closed. I proceeded to pull around the building to the drive through window where a nice young man came to the window to assist me with my order. He explained that they were short staffed and that was the reason for the early closure. He also explained that he was not able to fill our entire order because the frozen frosty machine was not working due to scheduled maintenance. I received the remaining items and thanked the young man for his help.

Now for the poor service I received from customer care. I contacted customer care and was told that I would not be refunded for the items that I didn’t receive. I would have to wait for a general manager to contact me at a later date. I just feel that customer care didn’t want to assist me with my purchase. Poor customer service is a big problem with most companies today.

Love this clean Wendy’s! There is a sink to wash your hands outside the bathroom which I really love. The whole place is decorated for Halloween and it’s got a clean and welcoming vibe. Good food except baked potato which is why I come to Wendy’s. Overcooked and old. You don’t eat potatoes when they turn green. It makes the potato toxic.

This isn’t the first time that this store has served substandard food, but it’s the last I will spend another penny. The young man at the window was polite, but I ordered 2 large chilies, and The containers were only 2/3 filled. The man at the window did not fill these. The rude woman that handed them to me managing not to even look at me. So I got 2 smalls for the price of 2 large. The franchise owner must not care because they have kept the same rude and nasty women (more than one)working there. ( not the first they have been nasty ) I’m done giving them any kind of second chances.

Absolutely do not recommend unless you enjoy completely raw chicken. When I walked in to complain, the shift manager immediately guessed that the chicken hadn’t been cooked, so I can only assume this is a reoccurring issue at this location.
