I’m not sure when they started filling up the Frostys only half way at Wendy’s but this is crazy to me. I ordered a small and got an extra small. I then asked a manager if they changed how much they put in the cup and she laughs in my face about it. The disrespect flowing from everyone is this place blew me away honestly. I hope they have better nights because it seems like they all had some pretty rough days.

Food was nasty. Dried meat ,rubber bacon burnt fries absolutely the worst I’ve had at Wendy’s. Meat was like a loose meat all torn apart. $25 I should have definitely used at a different restaurant.

Live 6 minutes down the road, hungry but didn’t want to get up se we ordered doordash, food was freezing cold. Ordered a meal with extra fry, was charged but no extra fry? Called and was told to come back. I’m good, never again.

order was wrong besides the drinks. i understand it’s late however im a manager at Taco bell and we still get out at a decent time with keeling all of and this is just ridiculous. I ordered a bacon double stack and i got a chicken sandwich?? My boyfriend ordered the chicken blt and no bacon?? barely any lettuce , no tomatoe?! What kind of business is this? Seems like they’re lazy and don’t actually want to follow the rules of a business to me. Will NEVER be ordering from here again.

This location is no longer functional as a restaurant. The food is never prepared swiftly. The last time I went in the HVAC system was not working. Yesterday, the drive-thru microphone was so poor it could not be understood. Tonight, there was no response in the drive-thru. The track record is so poor I will not be going back.

Ive been a few times. Besides long wait times, once at the window a woman rolled their eyes and yelled at me saying my card didnt work and i needed to pay another way, while i was looking at my bank account the manager came over snd ran it and it was fine but she didnt apologize and smaked her lips at me. When my husband desperately needed to use the restroom they refused until he bought something. In general while sometimes the experience is normal, the workers have never once been friendly or timely, just annoyed to have you in their drive through.

All the reviews say it and I promise you it’s completely true. There’s not one single employee at this restaurant that has any idea what’s going on, and I’m pretty sure none of them have actually undergone any meaningful training in their jobs. The best thing I can say is you’ll get food here. It may not be your order, but you’ll get SOMETHING. Ordered 2 plain spicy chicken sandwiches and it took FIFTEEN minutes for them to make it because they had more than one car in drive-thru and didn’t know how to function when that happened. Another time, right receipt, wrong order. Another time, they didn’t have any spicy chicken sandwiches and nobody bothered to drop any. 5 minutes later, I’m like, hey, what about my order? Oh, we forgot to drop them. 25 minutes for two sandwiches. Like, just close this place already. Nobody knows anything about anything and nobody cares. I dare say it’s not just the worst Wendy’s in the area, but quite possibly the worst-run business within 100 miles.

I would pay my life savings to close the Wendy’s on Chapman Hwy. The workers are incredibly rude and not only did they get my order wrong once, but twice. I ordered ahead online and they left an entire $8 burger out of the bag. I drove all the way back to the Wendy’s to get my order corrected just to be served this POS burger. As you can see from the receipt, we ordered a baconator with tomato, onion, lettuce, ketchup and even PAID EXTRA for beer cheese and we got plain meat and cheese for $8. Wendy’s will never get my service again.
