I ordered two salads on the mobile app 30 minutes in advance and when I got there it still wasn’t ready and I still had to wait 15 minutes. Also there was only two people in the lobby and in drive thru so no it’s wasn’t busy and I wasn’t being unreasonable they did not apologize or care.I ordered two salads and it took 45 mins 0 out of 10 experience.

Every Wendy’s I’ve been to in the last 5 years and ordered anything on bread the bread has been like it’s been sitting uncovered on a counter for hours.
Like forgetting to close the bag on a loaf of bread at home, it just gets kinda stale.
At a more than $20 for two hamburger combos there are much better options available, usually in seeing distance.
Don’t think I’ll be visiting Wendy’s again in the future.

When we went to Wendy’s in Seymour, it was a Tuesday about 1:15 pm, they were not busy so when i went & placed our order I apologized up front & asked for fresh fries, I do this everywhere we go to eat because some places dont have other side items & i do not like cold fries! I didn’t mind waiting for them at all. When the very polite young man at the front counter(Christopher according to the receipt) told the people in the back to please make them fresh, the older lady came all way out in front especially where i could see her & rolled her eyes at me & gave me a disgusted look. You could tell the poor gentleman at the front counter was a little embarrassed by it.

Where is the owner of this place! Most disgusting food around. I hadn’t eaten there in about three years and thought maybe it had changed. Nope. Just as disgusting as always. Old, nasty food and workers who don’t care. Also, where is our Health Inspector? Do we need President Trump to handle this kind of stuff, too? ♀️

I got my parents dinner and took it to them at home and they were happy with their food, which was really intricate with their ingredients involved in their sandwiches. They nailed it and I got one of the best chicken sandwiches that I’ve ever gotten anywhere! Kudos to the team and I suggest that if you are in the area, I would say that you would be just as satisfied!

Man OH MAN. what a trip… First off the order was wrong and my burger was completely missing out of the combo but the tea was straight out of a horror story. I called the wrong Wendy’s at first because google is weird about this location [They never picked up anyway.] Got ahold of a manager who was professional and extended a full order redo for the horrible experience , I go the next day these people not only don’t know anything the GM : Isabella was the most RUDE, Entitled, horrible customer service skills, she acted like she did not want to redo the order as stating her excuse “It’s not in the Budget” uhhh y’all are franchise… if a health inspector had got ahold of that. it would 100 percent be an infraction. Just get a New GM that would fix most of the issues at this location. If you wouldn’t eat it yourself don’t make it for the customer. Junior Wats was a fantastic GM here who took pride in cleanliness sad to see this location go to hell.

Wheres my chill u decided substitute for some soggy cold Fries I already ordered fries which I cold the frosty has bubbles on top exactly that failed when I got n pure liquid melted if you guys can’t do your DoorDash get off the program this is all going with you I spent $20 since for a dried out over cooked sitting in a warmer hamburger I can’t eat n soggy cold fries and a bubbly frosty this location is disgusting anymore you don’t close for three more hours so how are you out of chili n it’s every night you guys are out of it or something it’s like the third time I’ve ordered it and not received it I don’t get a refund get it together or shut down. Should be a shame to serve somebody that nasty old food and play God and what they want when you don’t have what they ordered instead of refunding it or call someone
