Absolutely appalled by the quality and service!! I placed a mobile order with 3 burgers some spicy nuggets fries and 2 frostys. I paid online and when I got to the store they said that the frosty machine was down and I would have to go through the app to get my money back, then they pulled me up so they could cook the nuggets. After getting my food my baconators were so cold the cheese didn’t even melt and the buns tasted like they swam in butter substitute. The “fresh” nuggets were soggy and still cold in the middle. Cold frys as well. And when I tried to go through the app and edit the frostys off or cancel my order all together it said that there was an error and I didn’t get my money back. So i paid for food I didn’t get, the food I did get just ended up in the trash can because it wasn’t even edible. I spent my last $25 on this and was expecting atleast the bare minimum of edible from them. 1/10 would not recommend

Nice and open dining area and friendly people working here. The lettuce on my burger was crunchy fresh. Fries were okay.
I recommend the strawberry lemonade, it was so refreshing!
Parking lot is new and easy to navigate getting in and out.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s about three times total in my life since they opened.
None of which compares to the Wendy’s in Forks of the river.
However, tonight was especially disgusting.
My daughter was sick with an ear infection and she wanted Wendy’s since we didn’t have time to eat when I got off on the way to urgent care.
My burger had several hairs on it.
My daughter ate half of her burger before she started spitting it out saying there was hairs all in the mayo on her burger.
She ordered a strawberry swirl frosty and my daughter took one sip and told me there was no way she could drink it. It was disgusting.
Needless to say this was my last chance given at this location. I have no trust in the staff here.
I’ll probably be nauseous the rest of the night.
$17 in the trash, too tired to bring it back for a refund.

Absolutely atrocious that these employees get their $15 per hour but can not get a SIMPLE order correct!!
My wife stopped and ordered me a number 1 Dave’s Classic DOUBLE Cheeseburger with everything but pickles. Not the combo just the burger. My wife brought me home a Single with onions and pickles! We were charged for the double.
Not to mention my wife had to stand in their restaurant and wait for the wrong burger for 20 minutes. That is not “fast food”!

Absolutely disgusting, I witnessed the back line worker making food without gloves. Can you imagine, him coughing or sneezing or touching anything and then grabbing a hand full of cheese and plopping it on top of your food? Yea…. NO WAY! Fries over cooked and beeped for 2 minutes past its time. Just disturbing! I wouldn’t have rated them 1 stars but that’s the least I could do. The workers seem very rude and no approachable! They made me sit at the speaker for 10 minutes before they helped me!

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to and definitely the worst and slowest Wendy’s. Waited for half an hour in the drive thru to place an order to be parked out front for 15 minutes after paying and there were six other cars waiting for their order! They also only had chicken and no burgers available. Do better

The food was fine, but it took 25 min to serve 4 cars in the drive thru on a Friday night at 10pm. Had to get out and walk our crying baby in the parking lot for that long. If you’re trying to quickly get on the road after Dollywood, don’t go here.

We purchased 2 singles and a small fry and paid 20 plus ..the burgers were NOT HOT N JUICY or fresh ….Today we called in an order at another nearby eatery got 4x the food for only 4$ more ….we were regulars but with the price increase there’s just too many options to settle for this ..

If I could give negative stars I would. Went through the drive thru Saturday morning, my husbands chicken in his biscuit was raw. They offered me more chicken and I refused, then I had to wait for them to get “approval” to refund my money for raw chicken.

I ordered at drive thru for 1st time i order 50pc family size spicy chicken nuggets and the family size chili. Both were a great price at 11.99 each and both were very fresh nuggets where just cooked. I was very pleased with all my order. I ask for cheese n onion add ons for chili. I was amazed. They took time to out in 6 individual cups with lids of onions and of cheese. Pluse 4 to go bowls aNd spoons very. Ice inappreciated the time they took to do all that and i wasnt at drive thru more than 5mins. Very impressed with the new Wendys i dolly parton will be back. Loved it.
