We haven’t been to Wendy’s in a while because of bad experiences, so we decided to give it another chance. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The manager was of absolutely no assistance and frankly acted like he didn’t care and pretty much could have said, get used to it. I ordered the Baconater at $8.99, and a Son of a Baconater at $5.99, both sandwiches were far from looking, appetizing my question: How many pieces of bacon goes on a Baconater Managers’ response: two. I ask, how many in a Son of a Baconater ? Managers response two Okay, I’m asking public opinion on this one . Why is Wendy’s charging me or rather us $3.00 more for the exact same sandwiches? I mean, I thought it was in the name Baconater! Needless to say, Wendy’s loss this customer for life. Third strike, you’re out!!

I asked for their ghost pepper ranch three different times and didn’t get any. also asked for all the toppings for my chili and got no sour cream. they didn’t give us any napkins and i didn’t even get a spoon for my chili. i’m pregnant and wanted the ranch and sour cream so bad lmao but oh well, had to have my friend i was meeting drive by wendy’s and pick it up for me since she lives close.

This Wendy’s is usually a really great place to go to & order at…but for some reason our visit on 4/22 wasn’t as great as our previous visits… The cashier rang up our order incorrectly so we ended up not getting our food items correctly!!! The frosty we ordered was supposed to be Vanilla based & we received chocolate instead (which was alright cause we were given the messed up 1 for free as well as the correct 1)…However, my husband ordered a baked potato with cheese & bacon & whenever we got home…it was a plain baked potato instead!!! Since we were already home…the potato wasn’t able to be corrected!!! Everything else was fine & just as we ordered it…

Great place to go if you like consistently getting your order wrong. More times than not you get the completely wrong order. The rest of the time they make your sandwich wrong. How do you not know what goes on a burger in the place you work? These are the same people who have the audacity to ask for a higher wage.

This is the worst Wendy’s Ive ever been to. I have went numerous times recently because I love the new frostys and I like Wendy’s food BUT Im done going to this location. The last 9 TIMES Ive went here they’ve gotten my order wrong. Their staff is rude, unapologetic, gets mad when you tell them they made a mistake. I’ll be going literally anywhere else from now on. Get better employees that aren’t RUDE and learn how to make an order correctly! 9 TIMES WRONG IN A ROW IS CRAZY.
