I don’t often post negative reviews…I have a lot of empathy for people in the service industry, but today’s experience appears to be a systemic issue. My food quality and taste was good—it should be as it was cooked to order.

The food is good enough. I don’t understand the current stance that our government is taking by build back better. My meal was over 15 dollars. Prices keep rising and there are staffing issues as this location was drive through only the Wednesday before. Maybe one day we will wake up. But I’m afraid it’s too late.

So slow. Took 15 minutes to get our food after we waited in line for 15 minutes to place our order and then it was not correct. Didn’t give us cups for our drinks. Didn’t get the honey sauce I requested for the nuggets. Was charged for a frosty that I never received. Floor was slippery and saw 2 people nearly fall. An employee came in coughing so badly I thought she was going to vomit, then proceeded to go to work on the grill. No mask.

I sat in drive thru for 20 min, 5 min at speaker and not a word! Pulled up to window, ordered and I had my food in 2 min! Customers were lined around the building, I watched 3 employees standing talking. They didn’t care that customers were there!

I sat in the Drive-Thru 40 minutes waiting on 6 piece spicy chicken nuggets and two junior bacon. After my long wait finally got some food and that food wasn’t the food I ordered. When I finally got the right food no sauce for my nuggets in the bag and then the young lady that took my order could not count change back . Y’all really need to get it together because I really love Wendy’s food !!!

Abysmal performance. Lady in front of me ordered 52 dollars worth of food and got her food within 5 minutes. Nearly 15 minutes later I got my 6 dollar biggy bag, the burger was a single stack with just cheese…was supposed to be a bacon double stack. This location is notoriously bad, always has stale fries, slow service and subpar food compared to other locations.

Young Girlat counter during lunch time has the worst attitude and always has a face like she can smell the dumpster down there in Loudon, threw my change and cup in the counter like if I had some disease asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and got a sandwich with a piece of chicken and ketchup!!!!!!!! Food is always good. DO NOT BE IN A HURRY. DO KOT GO IN THE DRIVE THRU. ONCE THERE YOU ARE STUCK. Slowest drive thru service I have ever experienced. Staff is nice, food is good.
