They close at 11. We pulled up to the drive thru around 10:20. The manager said they are very short staffed and it would be a few minutes. We waited 10-15 minutes and then left (which was obviously what they wanted). They didn’t have any other customers. They just didn’t want to work.

Terrible customer service. Placed mobile order was missing taco salad when I got home. Instead of driving back I called and a guy answered and I explained what I needed. He said it would automatically go back on my card if I didn’t get it. He never asked my name or my order number so I asked how it would go back on my card. He said it just would he didn’t know. So I told him I needed a refund and he said he was working on other orders and didn’t have time to me for me. So I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager and I would have to come in the morning and speak with someone. I told him I was already there and he messed my order up and then he proceeded to act as though he couldn’t hear me. Then hung up on me and would not answer the phone when I called back. Asked to pull up to wait for chicken nuggets to cook. Wait 15 minutes after pulling up to go in and see numerous chicken nuggets on the ready stand. Chicken nuggets were cold once delivered. Had to go in to check on order that they forgot about. Get home and find out was given unsweet tea instead of sweet. And then the rest of order was completely wrong after telling people up front exactly what was ordered. Somehow this group was great enough to mess up the entire order with me going back in and telling them exactly what I ordered after asking me to pull up and wait previously.

We needed a quick dinner tonight. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap and fries. There were 4 of us total, this was just my food. The fries were old and one of them was a solid crunch like a potato chip that’s been fried too many times. The wrap contained grilled chicken that was hard and dry. The poor guy at the window appeared new and not really sure what he was doing. I get the feeling they’re understaffed, but that’s no reason to serve old food. The one photo shows me pushing on it hard. It’s a solid crusty lump. I was hungry, but I won’t go back.

Ordered chicken wrap, guy making stuff prior to my meal being made had hamburger buns in hand no gloves on, man closest to counter. The man to the left of him, itching his nose, no gloves on, girl package stuff in bag looking irritated and eyes lashes that were so long and black caked on stuff ( unsanitary) food environment. My sandwich was made quick but hard chicken/over cooked as if it was days old. I trashed it Girl at cash register taking my order , very nice but you all have to do better with cooking, mainly it was unsanitary what I witnessed. I won’t be back, I would not recommend and very surprised you are not closed down. Unclean environment. Falls back on poor management.

Was there @ 11:44 am 9/16/25. I ordered the $8 special. I got it to go & even bought a Frosty coupon book. I live 5 minutes away from this Wendy’s Dandridge and my food was cold before I got home. Jr.Bacon cheeseburger was cold and fries were already limp. I don’t eat out often and was totally shocked at this food. I have eaten there before and it was good HOT food.
My ticket number was # 6012 or 20013. I don’t know where the actual ticket number is on the receipt. I spent $10.22 on a meal that was cold and non eatable. I try to keep local businesses going; however I refuse to pay for cold food.. This is not the Wendy’s I remember

Located attached to a gas station, it sits by itself alone on a hill, next to a very cheap hotel and shoneys, that should tell you enough lol. Service was ok, kinda slow but the food was garbage, Luke warm nothing fresh, I would go eat gas station food or waffle House right below, or plenty of other choices within 1000 ft

The only thing that earned this experience a second star was the cashier friendliness. 20 plus dollars food cold and old.pop machine dirty,restroom disgusting. No wonder Wendy’s is shutting down.
