I would have put a zero stars. Its dirty in here. The food was cold. The employee are doing a lot of talking. Where they could be cleaning up the floor. I’m not even going into the bathroom. Should have went to Hardee’s. Wont be back.for the price at least the food should be fresh. Inky think goid was the tea

I used the Wendy’s app (which in itself is a badly designed app) to order ahead. I arrived at the restaurant, which had a long line of patrons waiting to order food or waiting for their food order.

I waited until the staff took care of the people in front of me, then explained that I was there for my app order. I failed to check in when I first pulled into the parking lot, so that’s on me, but checking in inside should be no different than checking in outside in my vehicle.

15 minutes later, I received my food order. Burgers were okay but could have been much better. Food quality made it hard to believe everything was made fresh daily.

Fries were half and half. Half full-length fries. Half broken up small bits of hard old fries. The food was not even warm by the time I made the 5-minute drive back to work.

The employees at Wendy’s were doing the best they could and stayed polite as they looked to be short-handed. I would understand the long waiting times had the food been hot and all of it edible.

This is far from a “fast food” restaurant.

I after a really horrible day decided to door dash some Wendy’s because I was needing some comfort food, so I order from this location. The dasher was sweet, arrived on time, and communicated well. The staff however made him wait in the lobby for 10 minutes while they talked in the back. When they finally noticed him they said my order had been picked up already. Turns out some rando came in and they just handed over the order, so they had to remake it. Keep in mind I only got a biggie bag and cheese fries. They take an additional 20 minutes to make the food. I finally get my food and tip the dasher extra for the inconvenience, only to find that two of my 4 things that come with the biggie bag have been left out. The fries and the nuggets. Luckily door dash refunded me 9 bucks for it, but God damn I’ve worked fast food and my brother even used to work at this location and it does not take a rocket scientist folks. No wonder no one goes to this location any more. If I could give negative reviews I would. You’d be better off driving to any other town in the area for Wendy’s if you’re craving it. All they are serving is incompetence.

This place is terrible now. The employees don’t care about quality service or food prep. I got a breakfast sandwich and the bun had MOLD on it. I would save my money and just not go here. It has gone downhill and they should be embarrassed.

I mobile ordered right outside at parking lot, within about 5 minutes I received my food. I believed they were pre-made and been sitting for a while. My favorite is the spicy chicken nuggets and I preferred fresh ones.

So I came in with my family, two kids was 5 years old and 4 years old. The female that took my order and we sat down. When they called out our order I turned to my other half and I said I think that is ours. The female young adult rudely responded “Yeah that’s you.” The two female workers was rude. The napkins tray was empty in the lobby area. I went to ask for some and the worker’s tone when she respond back was not customer friendly, at all! While we were beginning to eat, a female came out and directly went to our table to start to sweep, but one of my kids dropped a sock and she waited for her to pick up her sock so she can sweep.
I was ready to hurry up and eat and leave. There is just not enough words to express my unpleasant experience at this location.

Went to drive thru, 7:45 pm on Friday night. One of the obvious reason for drive thru is quick service. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait for hamburger meat! WTH! They advertise that Wendy’s beef is fresh, never frozen. Unless they keep it in a time lock safe, why would I have to wait 15 minutes for hamburger meat? Was going to change order to chicken, was told that would be 10 minutes. Don’t know what the hell is going on there, but it sure isn’t customer service. Very disappointed in this “fast” food restaurant. Would love a response from management.

This is the third straight time I have had a terrible experience here. This time we even used the online app. Still had to pull up and waiting and use the window and AGAIN it takes over 15 minutes to get my food. As I am typing this I see an employee hanging out in the lobby goofing off with two men instead of getting people their food in a timely matter. I don’t understand how this place stays functioning with the lack of customer service they provide

Don’t get anything here. They are incapable. You order a burger, they give you the wrong burger. You order regular nuggets, they give you spicy. You order chili, they don’t give you any crackers or a spoon. You ask for sauce, they don’t give it to you. You order a potato, they don’t give you butter or sour cream. They are terrible. I’m gonna be telling people to avoid this Wendy’s. Don’t even give them a chance to mess up your order, because it’s a guarantee that they will get your order wrong.

While the digital ordering experience was pleasant, the quality was disappointing. I arrived to pick up my order through the drive thru. I was given my drinks and asked to pull forward. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes outside while watching two other pulled up cars get their food. I go in to see what the hold up is and my food is waiting for someone to take it out. I get back in the car and realize I do not have any sauces. I go back in and get sauces that were requested on the app. I arrive at home with my food to discover that one kids meal is missing a toy, and one hamburger is missing bacon that I paid $2 extra to have.
