Unfortunately this Wendys has dropped in customer service like most other fast food chains. I am a Wendys FAN and have been since I was little so I am disappointed to say the least. Poor attitudes from workers who act like it’s a chore to take orders or as though I am a bother coming to your business. Dim lights in the parking lot. Light bulbs blown in the sign to where I had to check google to see if you were even open. Maybe the hiring manager should pay closer attention to if the person asking you to hire them can even smile or if they are a good fit for Customer Service, period. What a disappointment.

It’s Wendy’s you get what you pay for. The atmosphere was great cause i never got out of my car. But don’t tell me you’re waiting on hot fries and give me cold fries that taste like you had them since lunch and it’s 9pm

I leave a one star review for food because I was unable to order any. At 10:21 AM:
Me: Are you still serving bfast? (Drive thru menu changed)
Wendy’s: No I’m sorry, we’re serving lunch.
Me: Oh, what time do you stop serving breakfast?
Wendy’s: We JUST starting serving lunch (side stepped question)
Me: OK, so I know in the future, what time do you stop serving bfast?
Wendy’s: 10:30, we stopped early today.
Me: Drove to Burger King and ordered breakfast at 10:27. BK asked me if I would wait 2 minutes, because they were out of my item and would cook one more fresh.

Mobile ordered and picked up inside. Food was hot, fresh and the server was friendly and accommodating. Several other families in the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and I didn’t hear anyone complain or returning their food. I would give this location a try!

This is a good place to go if you want cheap, fast food. I usually only get a vanilla frosty and french fries. These are both pretty good from Wendys. Inside this restaurant is not very new or sometimes not clean, however, the employees are helpful and kind. They have decent costumer service.

I ordered an asiago ranch, a grilled chicken ranch wrap, and not only was the price of a grilled chicken ranch wrap a dollar more than what the board said, but when I received my food there were two what seemed to be two wrapped hamburgers? I asked ” is this a wrap?” While I pointed at one of the wrapped hamburgers, and the employee said yes.
Lo and behold, it was indeed a hamburger and not a wrap.
Bad service, wrong prices. Don’t think I’ll come back.
PS. The floor is greasy.

Don’t waste your time with this restaurant. The customer service is despicable. They always claim that they are only accepting cash, in my opinion it’s to deter customers from ordering so that they don’t have to do their jobs. Even when there is no line, and when there are no cars before or after you they’ll try to make you pull forward to protect their drive through wait times. As soon as you pull up the system will register your order as finished and will send corporate an inaccurate wait time that they didn’t earn. If you choose to pull forward you might as well accept the fact that it will take them 30+ minutes to bring out your ice cold, sloppy and unappetizing food that may or may not have been tampered with. May the odds be ever in your favor.

I saw a sign for several $1 biscuits on my way to work so I stopped in the drive thru to give them a try. I got a Honey Chicken biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The total was $2.19, both biscuits were delicious, and I was full for breakfast.

I wish there was a negative star to choose. Dine in order, seemed as if cashier was doing all he could. Burgers were raw, fries cold. We tried to eat, hope we don’t fall ill. We were offered replacement burgers, really. Manager wasn’t available, but did ask me to wait. Wait more???
No respect, horrible food, management to be desired.

I ordered 3 hamburger meals and a nugget meal. Fries were cold as if they had sat there all day. Got home and was missing a burger. I called the store the woman accused me of yelling at her when all I was doing was trying to tell her my issue, yet she wouldn’t shut up yelling at me long enough for me to tell her all the issues we had with our order. Told me I had 24 hours to come get my missing burger since I had no receipt. I had no receipt because they didn’t offer me one. My order was 42.00. My husband and I started eating our burger and the meat was raw in the middle pink raw. So not only was my food cold it was still raw. I didn’t call back due to I had no interest in being told I was yelling at someone, when all the yelling was done on their end. I guess she was trying to impress someone there.She refused to tell me her name as well.
