I think this experience killed McDonald’s for me. Growing up, it was a special treat. As a young adult, it was a dependable resource. Now I am frustrated with the lack of customer service and lack of “fast” in fast food.

Every single time I have ordered here they either get my order completely wrong or try to hand me someone else’s order. Not sure where or how they are messing up simple orders but if it has happened to me multiple times, I’m sure it happens often to others. Some training needs to happen at this location.

If you value yourself as a person do not go to this location. There is absolutely no one there with any kind of customer service training. This is one of the most rudest an disrespectful locations I have ever been to. From management down to the workers everyone needs customer service training or to be fired I know it’s hard to find workers but hiring just anyone is sending people’s businesses down the drain,no one makes people work at the places they choose we all have a choice where we choose to work an apply ourselves. If your miserable don’t take it out on customers who are paying you there hard earned money to provide a service, the world owes us nothing so treat people how you want them to treat you. If your that miserable find something else an stop stealing other people’s joy. I pray for better days for every worker up there cause one day they gone disrespect the wrong person an get exactly what they are asking for this world is cruel watch yourself.

It is alright half the time you get what you tell them. The other you get back to work and find you have onions when you wanted none or you ask for extra extra pickles and get 3 whopping pickles. Not sure how hard it is at the rate of pay they get these days to work here to get it right. Kids these days just don’t care about their job or the customer. My boss went once and he was a regular told them he didn’t want the pancakes person said we don’t have pancakes 3 times then said we have hot cakes didn’t even know the difference.

The woman in the drive thru, Cheryl, is always rude but this last time that I came through I could not believe the way that she was yelling at her coworker she was with in the drive thru window. It’s unacceptable to talk to another human being the way that she was but to be doing it in front of customers is horrible. I feel so bad for that poor girl.

Had a great experience. Came with a group and all our food came pretty quickly. Fries were on point! Big Mac bun was slightly dry and my only complaint. The play place is amazing. Areas for big and little kids and very clean. We had 6 kids aged 1 to 7 and all had a great time.
