This is a Wendy’s. What makes the difference at a restaurant like this? People who care. The manager did a small gesture for me, but it showed me that she actually cares about what happens in this restaurant. It was appreciated. I also saw her helping carry the food for an elderly couple to their table. Kindness and care need to be recognized.

Friendly service, but lots of cross-contamination. Every time we go to the drive-thru esp at breakfast, there’s a lot of making food with the same gloves that they are making drinks and taking money with… then turning back around and making more food with the same gloves. Different employess on multiple occasions. Coming from food service for almost 10 years, the drive-through person should be planted in one spot and should not be having to jump over to make the food. If deployment was done correctly, and they were properly staffed, each person should be in one spot. This is how basic health standards get skipped over and people get sick.

Made a quick stop for the kids to get Frosty’s after soccer practice & the cashier did not give me my credit card back after (which she had extra time to do so as I was trying to hand the Frosty’s to my kids for a min or so) – she was very sweet & even did me a favor with one of my coupons – but my biggest issue was when I called back about it, there was no apology – only asking if I was coming right back to get it which I could not as we live 25min away & I had to get my kids in bed at that point so I have to make a special trip on my way to work in the morning – hoping I get an apology at that time .. I guess from now on I will be more aware of making sure my CC is handed back to me

Wish I could give less stars than 1. Ordered an online order and got the confirmation from Wendy’s and my bank the order went thru. Tell the woman my name at the drive thru. She tells me she has no order under that name. I verified the address and that it was the correct location. She told me I would have to call the app to get it figured out because they didn’t have my order. I worked in food service for over 10 years…. Just not how I would have handled the situation. Which like I get it… it’s Wendy’s but if you don’t learn how to deal with customers a little bit better you kind of deserve to have a shitty review…. I guess I’ll be canceling my order and going to Taco Bell….. also not entirely sure why the women working had customers parked like this.. I will at least give her that she did ask me what food I ordered after telling me that they didn’t have anything under that name. I also sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes just to make sure if it was an error on the internet or something they could come and let me know. Nope.
