I placed an online order for pickup at 2:50 PM and arrived at 2:55 PM. When I checked in, the host was extremely rude to me. He said he was going to look for my order and then simply disappeared for 10 minutes without giving me any update. I eventually had to find a waitress, who was actually very kind and managed to find my order in less than a minute. Terrible management at the front, but shout out to the waitress for saving the day.

Love the food here don’t get me wrong. I stopped coming for a while because of slow service but once you all remodeled the restaurant I gave it another shot. After tonight I still think you need more staff, our wings were missing sauce & were on the colder side. We were so hungry we ended up eating them as is because our server wasn’t coming around. AC was also blasting when it’s cool outside, it makes the food get cold even colder faster. I’d like to delete this review later and leave a 5 star review if things change.

I had an awesome experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to our server, Sienna. She was incredibly attentive, making sure our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed. Sienna had a friendly personality that made the meal even more enjoyable, and she handled our table with efficiency and a smile. Her great service really stood out and made the visit memorable. I’d definitely come back and ask for her again

Seems if you want the food to come out right, you have to eat in the restaurant, last time the wings were way to over cooked and now the frys are way to stale and hard to eat, looks old and disgusting

This is a great location that is easy to get to and plenty of parking. When we were here, there was plenty of seating, and I was with a decent sized party. Tvs were on every wall and had multiple televisions on every wall as well. The atmosphere was surprisingly muted and pleasant to hold a conversion in. BUT… the service sucks. Server never brought napkins or paper towels in a wing house! Also, he never came back to check on drink refills (order something spicy, and it gets a bit uncomfortable sucking on ice). The wings were good, but at the price of rather stay in my area and go to wing daddy’s.

I had a good experience on the special BOGO traditional wing day which is Tuesdays. The server was attentive to our needs . Lots of choices of flavors and oh ya ask for extra crispy wings, they hit different.

We placed a $48 pick up order from this BWWs. I was there slightly early to pick up the order, and they were very polite while we waited.
The food is what I am disappointed with. The fried pickles we ordered tasted like batter, and the pickles were cold, even though we were there early to pick them up and got our order on time. The fries all tasted cold and burnt with a weird taste, almost like they were cooked in dirty oil. Most disappointing of all is that I ordered a 10 piece honey barbecue wings and the kids meal in sweet barbecue, and they just gave us all sweet barbecue sauce, which I do not like at all. The burger was OK, and my son‘s macaroni was OK as well, but he said it was cold. The main disappointment was in the wings, fried pickles, and the fries. We will not be returning to this location anytime soon and after seeing the other reviews, I regret ever placing my order in the first place. $50 is a lot of money to spend on a dinner to end up this disappointed.

Went there with my husband and had a good time! Really enjoyed my server, Sienna, she was really sweet and easy to talk to. Her recommendations were really good and her service was fast. I will definitely be coming back with a bigger party!

Went there for dinner at 7:30 PM this Saturday. I noticed that the dining room and bar was about half full. The two people ahead of me were told it would be at least a 20 minute wait! I asked to sit at the bar. I was told that the bar was closed because the kitchen was “backed up with too many orders”.
This was 7:30 PM on a Saturday!!! Amazing!
So I went down the street to their competition, Union Drafthouse, and had a great dinner and a couple of beers.

Food was delicious and hot when served.
