Was here over the holiday break and stopped in with my siblings. The place was super clean and the staff was so friendly. We ordered a couple of items that took a little time to prep and the staff was kind. I didn’t catch a name, but there was a young man (I think he’d work there maybe 2.5 years), who was just super energetic and talked to everyone. He made it feel like a full service stop.

First things first, frosty was great! Cold burgers missed items and bonus item’s somehow. 60 bucks of stuff, so a pretty large order. I did not expect to have everything 100% but what we did get was just blah and cold

Seems more like a demodel and not a remodel when you remove the screen that lets you see your order. The staff here have a hard enough time getting the order right when the order was correct on the screen, now I can’t see what they rang up wrong until I get my order and have to go in and tell them that I didn’t get what I ordered when the receipt shows I did, but it’s actually just because they rang up the wrong thing. Also the fries here are never fresh.

I’ve used the drive-thru at this location a few times and I’m very satisfied with all aspects of my experience. The workers are all friendly, polite, and helpful. The food is always fresh and you can tell they take care in putting together the different dishes. I use the Wendy’s app to place my orders, which is very user friendly, and accuracy has been 100% every time. I’ll go out of my way to order at this location — a better overall experience than other locations, which aren’t bad, just this one is the best in my book.

Terrible experience – employee used profanity toward me
I went through the drive-thru at this Wendy’s location couple days ago to grab a quick meal after work.When I got to the window to pay, the same employee handed me my bag and muttered a very clear and offensive curse word directed at me under his breath loud enough for me to hear it plainly. I was shocked. I’ve never been spoken to like that at any fast food place, especially when I was nothing but polite.
I drove off without saying anything because I didn’t want to escalate, but this completely ruined my night. No customer deserves to be called a bad word by staff, period. Management needs to address this kind of behavior because it’s unacceptable.
Won’t be returning to this location. There are too many other options that treat customers with basic respect.
He had like an afro with dreads, earrings, light colored, with a mustache. I seen him before I think his name is jay or something.

I got my order 10 minutes after ordering which is fine as I was waiting on baked potatoes but got about half way out of the parking lot and noticed I didn’t have butter or sour cream, went back through the drive-thru because the lobby’s was closed, they apologized and told me to pull forward as I was waiting for this woman to get her order remade, I admittedly got irritated and impatient and left before getting my sour cream or butter. I get home to find that my burgers aren’t made correctly at all. One having lettuce onion tomato and the condiments that I asked for it to be without. The double burger had only pickle and onion on it. When I called and spoke with Kate the manager about how I would not have had a problem with her teenage to 20 year old employee taking my order in the voice of a 50 year old trucker if my order had just been somewhat correct. Mind you I had not had any confrontation with these people but I was told “ maybe if it weren’t for customers like me, they wouldn’t have to do silly things to make their lives not suck “ and was hung up on. The remodel did nothing for this place and I don’t know WHO they are hiring over there but I won’t be going back after spending $32 on food I couldn’t eat.

Love the breakfast. (Updated review 09/05/22) got dinner at a great price . Told the manager that i would rather eat here than my regular taco bell and they where nice enough to give me a jr frosty and a chocolate strawberry frosty instead of the chicolate one i ordered was a fun experience. The salad was really good and the chicken nuggets were great too and of course the frosties were good . Will update with building photos later. Included selfie of the manager employee who helped and me. These ppl are great!

Came in at around 8:30 on New Years Eve. They are serving customers cold old food. Employees are horseplaying in the kitchen. At least 3 employees are standing around. One has arms folded. Drive thru is backed up. Dining room is trashed. Food scraps are on tables, chairs, and floor. Trash piled up to the rim in the trash cans. Manager gets angry and slams fry scooper because customer came in from waiting in drive thru 30 minutes and asked for her money back because food wasn’t fresh. She asked for fresh fries. No one ever dropped fresh fries until I had to request them myself. Employees just standing around acting odd whispering and listening instead of being productive and doing their job. Manager is more concerned about running to lock the door than get things in order. After all that I still got food that wasn’t fresh for my kids meal. This experience has really turned me off from Wendy’s for awhile. I hadn’t been in a long time because of poor service. An employees child comes out from the back of the kitchen!!! This location is becoming the worst Wendy’s in the city.
