I ordered some kids meals and a summer salad. The kids meals were fine except they told me there were spoons in the bag and there were none. The salad had burnt (black) bacon on it and cold chicken. I also payed for their Jr frosty card but did not receive it. Disappointing trip.

Used the Wendy’s app to order the biggie $5 deal. Paid extra for medium fries and large frosty. The nuggets were surprisingly good, the burger with extra tomato and lettuce was adequate, however the fries were cold and old tasting, not the way they were advertised.

I have never been given a correct order here. Ever. They somehow manage to mess it up every time. Most common, instead of a burger we get a chicken sandwich… Like how do you confuse the two? Especially when it’s correct on the screen when you order?

Had the ghost pepper combo. I don’t care for fries, but they were very tasty. So was the mango lemonade. I do think they should make more effort to mix the syrup in with the lemonade better. But the sandwich itself had VERY old tomatoes on it, and NONE of the items advertised. It was just a spicy sauce and those awful tomatoes. It was flat and pretty underwhelming, actually. I’ve had it before from the same location (Hixson, Tn), and it was fabulous. Someone picked it up for me, so I could not get it corrected. I’m sure they would have. This is why I don’t do drive-thru. Going in ensures better service and better food if fast food is your thing.

I had an online order on 6/27 and I live less than 5 min from the store. I waited at the window for a couple of minutes for my food no big deal. However, when I got home both my husband’s burger and mine were cold. Our Baconator fries had no cheese sauce just shredded cheese, bacon strips and were cold. I have never had such horrible food from this location even during a rush. There was only one other car which was in front of me when I got there and very few cars parked. I have no idea what the deal was today but it definitely was not worth my time or the almost $30 I spent there.

The drive through was backed up badly and I probably about 30 minutes in line. My food was fresh and generally correct but they made one of the sandwiches incorrectly. At least the burgers were fresh, which is always nice.

Love the breakfast. (Updated review 09/05/22) got dinner at a great price . Told the manager that i would rather eat here than my regular taco bell and they where nice enough to give me a jr frosty and a chocolate strawberry frosty instead of the chicolate one i ordered was a fun experience. The salad was really good and the chicken nuggets were great too and of course the frosties were good . Will update with building photos later. Included selfie of the manager employee who helped and me. These ppl are great!

At 9:40 PM no one offered to take my order for several minutes. Thinking maybe they closed at 9 and just left lights on, I drove around to leave. There were still workers inside and Google Maps listed the closing time as 11:00 PM. I went back to the drive thru again. This time someone came on and said they were closing in 15 minutes and were no longer taking orders.
