Have been coming to this hardee’s for the past few months did really good at first, then the last 2-3 weeks.They’ve been going downhill. Place my order at the drive’s row told them.I wanted hot sauce at the speaker pulled up to the window.The guy asked me if I wanted sauce.I said yes, hot sauce please. I left was already about five miles down the road.Looked at my bag and no hot sauce. I think for over $10 for a meal.They could remember a hot sauce. Yes, I know.It’s just hot sauce.But this isn’t the first time it’s happened.And they don’t seem to be paying attention.

I’m really disappointed with my order. I asked for a chicken tender platter large combo fry and large drink and ended up with what looks like a small handful of fries definitely not what I paid for. The chicken tenders was pink still on the inside and toast was decent, but the portion of fries was seriously lacking.
When you’re paying for a large combo, you expect to receive a full meal, not to feel shortchanged. This kind of mistake makes me hesitant to come back. I’ve ALWAYS came here at night and have had a wonderful pleasant experience at night but however, I will NEVER come here again during the day and Please pay closer attention to orders in the future. Thank you.

Not only is this the cleanest Hardee’s I’ve ever been to but the service was amazing, the food was good, and it looked good too. And the ladies working wouldn’t even let me get my food they insisted on carrying it to the table, talk about service! Those two young ladies will be running the place someday. Great place to stop

I know you might see some negative reviews down below before you quickly jump on the bandwagon understand something periodically and that negative remarks that I see about I’ve never experienced how many times have these people went before they made a honest review . So let me tell you mine Very comfortable and relaxed setting. The chicken tenders are amazing.. KFC never again. Your chicken products and their apple turnovers or pies whichever you prefer to call them are better than McDonald’s which I actually used to prefer Arby’s but this Hardee’s nothing recently has compared. I unlike some other raining I seen was immediately greeted and welcomed. Not much just one not by just two but there was a third that didn’t see the other or the other was that Overkill not at all that was customer care. My overall impression was that I was going to get treated kindly and listens and asked if I needed anything in particular and the normal. I figured if they took this much time to decorate themself which let me say it was around Halloween and if they were going to care that much about the appeal of not just themselves and how they were dressed what’s the store in how it felt I knew that they cared about how their overall was this was definitely an indication that somebody took an interest in their job that usually means somebody cares about how they do their job and was I wrong not in the slightest and I stopped there on the regular to get their delicious apple turnover or some may call them apple pies they are like like the hot fresh homemade apple pie fill with where’s the little flaky crust not hard knot mushy. Just saying I go there on a regular basis take that into consideration when you read other people’s opinion on one time

We are new to the area and have eaten at the Hardee’s on Trindle Rd a few times. On every occasion I have been pleasantly surprised by the crew working. They are pleasant to everyone and seem eager to make sure that you have everything that you might want/need. This is a pleasant surprise at a “fast food” restaurant.

Everyone was really friendly and gave great recommendations on the menu. Kenadee W, has super customer service and is very warm and welcoming. We didn’t feel like we were eating fast food.

We ordered 2 meal combos but only received one order of fries. I had to go ask for the second order at the counter. My hamburger was ordered no cheese or mayo, which they got right but ketchup and mustard were barely visible and I got no tomato. Most of the tables were dirty. It took us a while to find one that was clean. My husband said the men’s restroom was filthy.

First time eating at a Hardee’s. Probably top two chain burgers out there. Large for the price. Quality ingredients. Well seasoned. Fries were even well seasoned. Lots of food options. Will make Hardee’s jy fast food go to when I see one when I travel. Emily and Cindy answered all my questions (and I had several) and we’re just super nice and very friendly. The service was great from them all around. Really appreciate such a great first experience at Hardee’s.
