Food as always is good but the employees are terrible at their job I mean I have full respect for customer service people but they were just terrible and I have a great example. We ordered and they missed a fry do we told them they looked and said we didn’t have another one on there, my dad politely told them that we didn’t explaining what we ordered and so they replaced the fry but as they did they claimed he was rude to which my dad said they were rude and then yelled at us to move in to which my dad just drove away because there was no need to keep dealing with incompetence.

Rude workers. Does not feel like a welcoming place to eat. My order was a to-go order and ended up getting 4 blonde hairs out of my seasoned fries (I’m a brunette so not my hair!) Was there 7/21/24 @ 8:20am food was very cold and definitely not fresh at all!

Went in to get a to go order. The mobile app was not working. At the counter, it was a while before anyone said anything . Qhenone of the workers came to the counter, she said what do you want. I was kinda of taken back by that. She walks away, and then I am assuming it was the manger on her cell phone that takes my order. I was just wondering where, saying hello, and may I take your order went. Thank you, Chick fil a for you training your workers to be such a blessing.

I ordered the new Spicy Nacho Chicken sandwich. It was pretty good, not too spicy, which I was happy with, I don’t like super spicy. The chicken on the sandwich was very thin though. The French fries were fresh, but unsalted. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. I am very angry with Wendy’s at the moment though; they discontinued my favorite sandwich.. the Pretzel Bacon Pub!!

I tried a Parmesan Cesar salad in Soddy Daisy and it was good. So I ordered one in the Dunlap store. Just nasty. The chicken is old, dry and spicy. It looks like they took a very old piece they would normally put on a sandwich and cut it up.
I will not come back.

Me and my family of five have been goin to this Wendy’s for about ten years. I can only remember ONE time they mixed up my order. The food here is ALWAYS fresh and amazing, drive thru times are fair and not extreme like most places. I love these people, thank you so much for working so hard. Best fast food service in town, hands down !!
