as a frequent customer, i am very disappointed in denton diner today. after waiting twenty minutes for someone to take our order, and another thirty minutes to be plated, multiple orders were taken and sent out, people were seated after we arrived but plated before us. i understand for a complicated order but it is not difficult to prepare two cheese burgers and plate them before the buns become soggy. please improve your service.

I eat here regularly but usually we get take out. Food is always great. I took my family from out of town there today, Sun March 11th for lunch. We sat for 20 min without once being acknowledged by any employees. I myself am a restaurant manager and completely understand it gets busy. That is why we waited patiently for 20 minutes. But when I looked around there were only two other tables eating. This is inexcusable. The young girl who was busing tables right next to us saw us with no menus, no drinks, nothing. Instead of saying to us ” Im sorry we are busy someone will be with you shortly, or hey let me get you some menus, or let me help the waitress and get a drink order” not one word was said to me and my family. It came off as very rude and unprofessional. My advice to the owner or manager is please train your staff to acknowledge your guests. Because of this experience I will absolutely not be back which for your restaurant is a lose because I spent a lot of money there weekly. I also tipped your staff very well even on take out orders and delivery. I advise you hire “more experienced wait staff” because the two you had today were absolutely horrible.

Usually love this place but heard it’s under new management. I ordered a favorite dish of mine today. Went to pick it up, got home and it wasn’t anything like the “normal” I’m use to. I was very disappointed. Not to mention, didnt get any of the extras I had asked for. Not sure I’ll go back.

Placed an order over the phone. Lady had to keep putting me on hold. Called me back 10 minutes later to inform me that I cant have the stuff I ordered because it was dine in only specials. Got news for the “new management” this is working class area, nobody dines in during the week. Empty restaurant at 630 pm tells me a lot about this place. I will not be back.

I oder a 10$ 14inch ham mushroom && SAUSAGE!!!! pizza.. well as you can see if you care to look over at the photo i posted it has no SAUSAGE.. my girl friend calls yall back. And you pretty much insult her saying there is sausage on the pizza. Witch there clearly isnt.. i want refund.. not told “i dont know what to tell you” by the man on the phone . I also dont like the disrespect he showed my girlfriend on the phone very rude, horrible customers service!

Nasty, greasy & disgusting food, made me sick to my stomach. The place was completely empty, now I know why. Go to Rick’s, you can tell the food is good because they’re busy all the time.
