I visited Wendy’s to try the new Baconator, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The burger was overcooked and hard on the edges, and the excessive amount of mustard and ketchup made it difficult to eat. The fries were also overcooked with brown spots, and the Frosty with brownie batter tasted overly sweet. The money that I spent here for two meals was so ridiculous, and the food that I got was just so bad. Given the poor reviews, I think this location needs improvement. I will never eat here again. Checkers has this place beat.

Me and my dad went here for lunch, the food was great. I was not impressed with the workers. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone came and took our order. There was no worker in sight, not even in the kitchen. The 4 workers and the manager came all out at the same time and started acting like they were working hard. The manager was not professional what so ever. She was walking around the dining room coughing and sneezing with out covering what so ever, instead of communicating with her employees through her head set she would yell all the way from the dining room to the kitchen. It was very disturbing while we were trying to eat. Then one of the employees taking orders in the drive through started yelling about how rude costumers are during the holiday, cussing up and down. Like I said food was great, it was just hard to enjoy it.

Went back today in the middle of lunch rush and was extremely impressed. Everything moved along like a well-oiled machine, two of us ordered kinda large orders but received our food in mere minutes of paying, everything was perfectly hot, and seasoned great, everything was delicious and perfect.

Went back today in the middle of lunch rush and was extremely impressed. Everything moved along like a well-oiled machine, two of us ordered kinda large orders but received our food in mere minutes of paying, everything was perfectly hot, and seasoned great, everything was delicious and perfect.

I come here quite frequently with my little one. Every single time we are greeted with smiles and always incredibly helpful and courteous. This is the real reason for my review. The food is to be expected by a fast food chain but it never misses for us everytime we come. If I could give a higher review on service I would. The place is typically very clean as well. I recommend this one over ANY of the others in Cleveland.

I go to this Wendy’s almost every morning for 1 chicken biscuit. Today I was in line for almost 20 minutes just for them to be wondering what my order even was when I got to the window.
There’s a couple older women that are either passive aggressive or just don’t say anything to you, like they did today. There’s a younger guy that works the window sometimes and he’s the best, upbeat and friendly. I feel bad for him because none of these reviews reflect how he treats customers, because a majority of the rest of the team hates their job and makes sure the customer knows about it.
Most people there at 8am like I was have places to be, and can’t afford to be there for 20minutes yall need to fix the whole restaurant.
Another one of the past times I was there they tried to make me go inside because they rang my mobile drive through order up as carry out. I had already been in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes, I wasn’t going inside, they literally had my order sitting right there and I refused to just give it to me, so I sat there until they did. And no I didn’t ring it in wrong, I even showed them my phone said drive thru.
I worked in fast food for 5 years at a place far busier than this, so i understand to a certain degree, but it truly isn’t that hard.

The staff at 6pm on August 13th was super awesome.i love when y’all give me a cup of ice. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The staff was very supportive and helpful and made me feel like a value customer. This is my home away from home. This is my heaven.

The emoyees at this Wendy’s locations NEVER SMILE. Plus, as you can see in the pic the burger was drowning in mayonnaise.I scraped it off and measured the amount of mayonnaise…it was two tablespoons!! I’m confident that management nor the cook would eat all of that mayo.
