I ordered a sour cream & chive baked potato & a Cobb salad. I opened my potato, no sour cream. I was 8 miles away at a friend’s house by then. There was butter, salt & pepper in the house. I put that on the potato, that was fine. I got ready for my salad, poured my packet of crispy onions on top & was ready to eat. There was no ranch dressing in the bag. I was so hurt & disappointed. There was only vinegarett in the house. That’s not what I wanted & I didn’t want to drive back 8 miles to the restaurant. It was near church, that’s why I stopped, it was my first time going there.

Why is the meat so cold on my sandwich and how come it taste like yesterday meat.I threw it away. You know what fresh beef taste like. This Wendy’s is going to get someone sick. You would have thought I would have had fresh meat at 10:30am not yesterday beef. Disgusting I will never go back at this location again!!!Definitely need new workers and new management!!! The food was good. I feel they need more customer service training on dealing with customers. Especially in the drive thru. Being nice to hurry customers is very important. Knowing how to defuse a confrontation with an angry customer needs to be known. And the management team should have more control in teaching their team that’s representing the company. The fast food industry is failing terribly due to the lack of customer service training with their crews. Saying “How can I help you” or “I’ll be right with you” and “Thank you” as respect in the business goes a long way. Ignorance is bliss. And SMILE. Do not argue with your customers. This will help the revenue to pick up profit and business. Especially the night shift, that’s where the problems are accumulated most.

Older location seems to be maintained & managed well. Food was fresh & facilities were clean. I did notice a broken window that hasn’t been repaired. Good place to stop for a lunch break if working in the area.

Used to go to this Wendy’s all the time for their breakfast. Then in 2025, this store changed their hours, and didn’t open until 9am. Stupid decision to consciously choose to get less profit during the day.
Then I found out today, they don’t serve any breakfast anymore and they’re still open at 9am. No one wants lunch at 9am. Customers want breakfast in the morning. This location consistently does everything to lose money on purpose, be rude to customers, and prepare orders incorrectly. Might as well close this location down since they’re doing everything in their power to not serve customers anyway.

i really do not get how either this location’s staffing hasn’t changed or the location isn’t just closed down all together… me and my mom’s experience is pretty much like everyone else’s below.

So its normal for your locations to have its doors locked at 415pm certain vehicles dont fit though the drive thru clearance like ambulances but I guess thats a Wendy’s business practice.

Recently their bacon cheese potatoes have used less and less bacon. For $4 I expect more bacon. Mistakes happen though but maybe it’s the increase in bacon costs.

Well the new management thinks it’s real cute to lock the dining room early. One family walked in right in front of me then by the time I shut my door and locked it they had locked the doors. The only reason I even still go to this location is because my grandma likes it and she gets what she wants but this junk store will not get a dollar if mine. I hope to see this location close or get bought again. I know went from two stars to one star.
