First off we love the drive thru team at Wendys in Whitehouse, TN. They are always on point with postive attitudes and a touch of humor. Took my daughter through the drive thru and ordered a couple of iced coffees. We waited 15 mins and the young man came to the window apologizing that the creamer he needed was not up to par. He decided to open the 20+ individual creamers to complete order. He could have easily canceled my order or asked if I wanted a different flavor. Instead he went out of his way to complete the order. Always a great experience.

It’s wendy’s, you already know what you’re going to get when you go here. You know what the food’s going to be like. So if you have any complaints, it’s most likely your own fault. That being said everything was fresh, everyone was friendly, my order was correct, I got exactly what I expected and exactly what I wanted

Not sure why fast food feels like there is no place for customer service anymore but that seems to be prevalent. This Wendy’s is no exception. Rarely get food correct while prices go up and quality goes down and store cleanliness is crap.

One biggie deal. 2 things wrong. Discovered after driving 20 minutes home. Confirmed the order before pulling away from speaker…WOULD NOT refund without making me driving all the way back. Could not eat the burger. Fries were hot, though. NEVER pull away from this window without checking EVERYTHING in your order.

Know in advance that this store gets absolutely blown up by mobile and delivery orders, especially in the evening and weekends. They have been incredibly nice to us and have thanked us for our kindness and patience as UberEATS/GrubHub drivers yell at them in the lobby.

Update. Don’t waste your money there. Go somewhere else. I live in Portland, get Wendy’s 2 or 3 times a week. The order is NEVER correct lately. I have a terminal Illness. On days I’m sick I get a baked potato with EXTRA CHEESE and BUTTER. They NEVER Put extra. I get 1 pat of butter. Today they were told twice extra butter and cheese. I got zero not the normal one. If I tell you, I don’t care what it cost I need extra. The food is barley lukewarm when it drives the 15 min home now I have to go and buy butter and cheese so it will be ice cold. If I wanted a plain potato we would ask for it. I’ve called 3 times it rings they pick it up and hang up. So the 60 bucks spent tonight sucks! Do better…the manager needs to have a talk with employees and don’t ever ask to pull forward because it helps your window time. When you get it together I will too. So folks check your bags for everything before pulling away. We shouldn’t have to do your employees job otherwise where’s my W2
Went thru the drive thru window so can’t comment on atmosphere. But food for 4 people Costs $54 same meal would have been 20 something just a few years ago.

The food was prepared well, the taste was great and the service was excellent. However this Wendy’s was showing its age and needed a makeover. It took a while but the wait is finally over. It looks great and is a very nice upgrade.

The bathrooms were absolutely grotesque. In the men’s and women’s bathrooms there was poop all over the toilets. I didn’t even want to eat here seeing how disgusting the bathrooms were

It was what I expect out of a Wendy’s. It was very good and it was decorated for Halloween which was fun. If I recall I think the bathroom needed some cleaning but that’s really my only gripe.
