Went to Friendly’s yesterday and ordered a double sliders meal. Got a single slider and ice-cold fries instead — though the ice cream was at least correct.
I called and spoke with Mariah, who was polite and offered to remake the entire meal, leaving a ticket so I could pick it up the following day. That seemed like a fair resolution.
Came back tonight around 7:25 PM. No ticket. No one knew what I was there for. They kept asking for a receipt that was never given to me in the first place. I had to show them proof of my phone call with the manager and my payment from the day before just to confirm I had actually been there. After about 10 minutes, they agreed to comp the meal.
After waiting even longer for the food to be made, they handed me two single sliders and nothing else — still not the double sliders meal I had originally ordered, and not what I clarified at the window. The drive-thru closed before I could address it and did not re-open, so I had to go inside and explain everything from the start again.
The manager on shift was polite and I appreciate that, but she mentioned they weren’t sure what I was supposed to be getting — which isn’t really on me, given that I clearly stated at the window that it was for the full double sliders meal from the day before. The whole ordeal was just exhausting. I didn’t get back to my car with the food until 7:50 PM.
The staff I interacted with were polite, but there seemed to be confusion between shifts that made the process much longer than it needed to be.
Two trips, a long wait, and confusion between shifts — it shouldn’t have been this complicated. Do yourself a favor and double-check your order before you leave, because getting it corrected is a much bigger process than it should be.

I came here to celebrate my little sister’s birthday and it was truly a wonderful experience. The service was great I’m not sure the name of my server but he was very attentive and kind. Food and ice cream was amazing. The team came out to sing happy birthday we enjoyed dining here and will definitely be back. Thank you!

My family and I stopped by Friendly’s today to try their $9 Super Lunch Special, and it was a great experience! I ordered the Honey BBQ SuperMelt, and it did not disappoint. The sandwich was packed with crispy chicken, smoky bacon, melted cheese, and tangy BBQ sauce, all on perfectly grilled bread. The side of fries was hot and crispy, making the meal even better.
I also want to give a special shoutout to our waitress, Emily! She was absolutely amazing super friendly, attentive, and made sure our experience was top notch. Her service truly made our visit even better!

“This was my first Friendly’s experience in Massachusetts since moving from Florida, and it didn’t disappoint. Our waitress was warm and welcoming, and the meal was exactly what I hoped for—delicious and comforting. Dining at Friendly’s gave me such a cozy feeling. It was overcrowded because seating is not properly arranged & hard to maneuver thru.
Seating is very tight so space is not convenient or comfortable.
You sort of feel like your sitting at more then just your table & there’s no way to have A private conversation so it’s sort of loud talking as well.
The waitress was extremely rude & had A snarky attitude, for no known reason…So not friendly.
Waited 15 minutes to be seated,
another 20 to be waited on…
Got the order in finally & then waited about 30 minutes again for my food to arrive,
took about 20 minutes to eat it because it was hard & then about 20 minutes just so I could pay & leave,
So 1 hour & 45 minutes of my life that was waisted & I’ll never get back just to try & eat A meal.
…Also…
The beef tips were very dry, hard & overcooked as well as hard to eat & the food portion I was served did not match what I was charged for,
it looked like something given when on A diet or A ration from the small portion recived so yes, it was absolutely overpriced.
A blue whale drink, which was not worth the cost & it tasted like A blue packet of kool-aide mixed in with A sprite,
A large milkshake was the size of A small…
all that for $37.oo+tax & tip.
Also last but not least the restroom was atrocious. & unclean.
No picture as it wasn’t worth the effort…We won’t be back.

We bought two salads for take out, a Cobb and crispy chicken honey mustard. Both were very good! Lettuce and veggies were fresh! And portion was a good size. We usually dine in but money is tight so we did take out instead. When eating at the restaurant I feel like the portions are smaller and they give less chicken. Unless they changed it recently to make it better. Hopefully our next salads are made the exact same way. So no complaints about the quality of food.
Only small complaint I have is that I paid for an extra dressing. They only put one in the bag instead of 2. My boyfriend picked up our order and doubled check before leaving. So of course he asked for the second dressing. It’s annoying when we pay for extras and the person putting our order together doesn’t read the receipt. I placed the order online purposely so they can just read what was ordered and there’s no miscommunication. Unfortunately I guess this doesn’t make it easier for them…. Not just here, at many restaurants. And it was after 7pm so it wasn’t during dinner rush.

A very nice dine-in restaurant. The service was fantastic, the food and especially the ice cream the best. A great deal for the money and we’ll definitely be going back anytime we’re in the area.
