Usually I take my loss with bad food as I’m a kitchen manager and totally get mistakes happen BUT these were just pitiful, it was no where near closing time and the quality was terrible. Being pregnant and not being able to hold much down anyways I got home and was in tears almost when I opened up the box tried to give one to my pup and he even struggled to bite it fries were also old which isn’t uncommon but entire meal was unbelievably bad. I wish the picture did the tenders justice for how old and dry they were.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s you will ever go to. Please go to any other location, I promise it’s more than worth it!! The staff are never nice and it’s not like they’re busy, always outside on the phone or standing around doing nothing. I’ve been here 8 times and each time I try to be open minded yet not once have I been satisfied. It took me 30 minutes to get my order and I was the only person there for that ENTIRE 30 minutes. I wish I was kidding, truly. The staff is adults as that, not even kids, which is absolutely embarrassing for them and the store. I wish I could get paid to stand around and do nothing, please hire me then!

Only reason they got two stars is cause the employee was super nice. But they gave me raw breakfast chicken and it made me sick. I’ve worked at Wendy’s for years and this is so avoidable. Not to mention out of potatoes for breakfast and natural lemonade so i couldn’t even get a combo!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst Wendy’s location I have ever been too. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT GO HERE! A bunch of grown adults doing absolutely nothing. I could never understand how it takes 30 minutes to give out an order when I was the only person there the entire 30 minutes. Embarrassing.

I normally have a good experience but I guess customer satisfaction doesn’t mean anything to the night crew. My food was horrible, everything cold and burger just look and taste like the Patties have been sitting for hours! I never go this late and I won’t again, it’s just sad.

Gave me the entire wrong order, and a frosty with no spoon or straw, which has nothing to do with the order being incorrect just another bad service. I called and they answer with “what?” And I said, is this Wendy’s? He said yes and I said I got the wrong order and he said yeah we gave you the wrong bag. Well my lunch break is over and the only way to correct it is if I go back with my receipt which I cannot do the line was out to the street by the time I got through the drive through. The food is prob unsafe considering the lack of brain at this Wendy’s.

Went to the drive thru and was told by the NIGHT TIME MANAGER @ 9:45pm that I needed to come back in 10 mins .. while debating on waiting or trying to get other food options . The NIGHT TIME MANAGER was very rude and asked me to move out there drive thru. When asking for a manger he told me to pull up to the window and was very hostile and aggressive because I was in his drive thru. I was in fact speaking to the rudest manager via drive thru and thru the window . He refused to give me his name to be reported . This Wendy’s needs to be closed and staff needs to be reevaluated. If you don’t want to do the job QUIT !
