Guess I’ll leave a review here since they didn’t bother giving us a receipt when asked. The crew that was working this evening was incredibly rude to my husband. If they weren’t working they were eating on the line or laying on the counter… once it was our turn to receive our to go order the person basically threw it at him which caused the drink to spill everywhere didn’t off napkins there were no napkins in the bag all that he could say was my bad as he closed the window… we are frequent guest at Wendy’s as it’s one of our few select fast food chains we visit. But we will NOT be back at this location

Went for a dine in experience with myself and friends. The food was very good, but they miss-entered part of the order that I had to run through the correct order with 3 people (the cashier, the manager and the cook) just to get the order fixed. So make sure you speak up if you’re going inside to order.

When here a couple times forlunch and pretty much every single time that I have gone I have received excellent customer service from the staff. most of the time I have always gotten food that was prepared pretty fresh and always tasted nice. the only reason that I gave this location for stars instead of five has to do with sometimes how long it takes them to cycle to drive through through. for an example my most recent visit took over 15 minutes for me to get from the actual window you order app to where you pay for the food. if you are going through the drive-thru at this location also please be aware that there is a gigantic dip in the road at where the window is.when you pull up to place your order your front tire will essentially fall into it and it will feel as though your vehicle has just fallen off the road

Food is as expected it’s consistent with any Wendy’s. The service however not so good. One customer at a time. Let me take your order, wait for your food to be done, deliver your food and then move onto the next customer. This restaurant could use a little training.

I had to wait about 15 minutes to get my food through the drive thru. However because I had to wait so long without any warning or notice they did refund me my money back. It came at a bad time as I was trying to get to the hospital to see my son and get food for my wife. Because they refunded and appologized they have a 3 star instead of a 1 star based on my experience.

Employees are always polite and friendly, but the food is hit and miss. Be careful buying premium chicken sandwiches here- they’re usually either burned to a crisp or raw in the center. Wait times are generally long as well, 10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru on average

Really slow service I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is a consistent thing every time I go. The most recent time I was waiting for my order for 20min and they didn’t even know WHAT I ordered I had to repeat my order to them several times! You’d think I would get a free 4 piece or something for the trouble but nope. They had no sort of organization what so ever. Another man came in wanting a refund for his food for waiting in the drive Thru line for 15min. Just honestly would not recommend coming to this specific Wendy’s unless you have time to spare.

Went at 930 right before lobby was closing. The staff greeted us with smiles and nice words. The food was fresh. Lobby was very clean. Only bad thing was that there a overhead spot light the was stobing which was messing with me.

I have no complaints on this Wendy’s. some key things about this location. they do not serve the breakfast so don’t come here in the morning. I don’t know if it’s this location only or all but they close the bag and place stickers on it to hold it closed when they give it to you. small problem with that is you need to check your order before you pull away. if you leave it sealed until you get home to find a problem you will not be a happy camper. service and speed here was fine tho. I’m ok giving them 5 stars
