This is an every time thing. Whenever we come to KFC/Taco Bell, we always get a 2 cheese quesadillas and time and time again the cheese is not melted. It’s still cold. The KFC side is typically good but never the Taco Bell side. At this point, just get rid of the taco bell menu

My advice is to skip kfc/taco bell period because they will #&@/ you. But maybe it’s just me, I’ll tell you my experience and you decide. So I stopped to pick up some chicken at Taco Bell/ KFC, something quick to throw on a salad ( I was not in the mood to cook) . I place my order, yes I want a large order of popcorn chicken, I pulled up, I paid the $5.96 for the large popcorn chicken and drive off. I noticed the bag seems light so I stop In the parking lot and I’m amazed, its the smallest box possible I’m not sure what they would put a small order in. It containing roughly 18 pieces of popcorn chicken’ okay maybe 20. Was this really a large. No way what was in the bag obviously there was a mistake so I go inside I go to the counter and the manager approaches and I say yes ma’am is this a large popcorn chicken and hold it up and she says yes sir it is. I’m not sure what to say so i say well okay I’m going to need some more chicken what about strips three strips that should do it. No problem and $7.00 later out the door I go. I understand in today’s world that prices are going up daily on everything, but that’s crazy! The LARGE popcorn chicken weighed in at a whopping 5.6 oz and 3 strips 5.3 oz. And it really may be just me but I will be taking a pass on kfc/taco bell from now on.

This place used to be great ran by amazing employees.. now this place is just trash. Tonight I ordered a crispy chicken box with a soft shell taco. Guess what the taco had in it? Nothing but a CHICKEN LEG! Seriously. How stupid can people get? Will definitely be my last trip here.

We normally LOVE KFC’s newish classic chicken sandwich (best chicken sandwich to us). It is usually thick, moist, juicy and crispy fried. Not today. This is only the second time this has ever happened. It was thin, dry and not the usual classic crispy coating. (Sorry no photo, we forgot because we were upset and workers wouldn’t look at it or agree).

Don’t waste your time. The employees here will look at you and ignore you. I stood at the counter for about five minutes and only after I snapped some pics did one person yell back to the others, “has anyone got with this guy yet?”. He didn’t even acknowledge me directly. These people don’t want your business. If they are this bad at the front, I don’t even want to imagine how they handle the food.

I have to give this place a 4 because it’s in Spruce Pine and it tried so hard after Helene. But, its frozen drink machines are always down at busy times. And 10% of the time my order is wrong. I always check before leaving the window. The staff is always very nice and willing to work with you.

Until this week i never had a problem here but 3 days in one week they have messed up my order, tacos appear to have been assembled in the dark. Simple order 3 chicken taco supreme no sour cream no tomatoes. I received variations of no tomato no lettuce no cheese on different tacos but all with sour cream. I beleive you have a new employee deliberately doing this you should hastily fire.

Took 30 minutes for us to still get the wrong food. Service is decent during the day but after 8pm you have a 50% chance of actually getting your order. May the odds be ever in your favor…
