I ask for a sauce for my nuggetts and I was charge for a sauce that I should have gotten with my nuggets in the first place. The guy at the front said it was because I did not order a sauce when I placed my order. It is not the first time that this same person has treated me poorly. When I see him. I just want to leave.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Didn’t eat anything besides cereal and wendys yesterday spent 30$ on some burgers and fries for me and the ol lady and ended up sick as hell with food sickness missing work and blowing out my toilet and throwing up alot. Wouldn’t be suprised if theres rats and cockroaches or there just reselling expired meat who the hell really knows take caution find another location

We had a great experience at lunchtime here today. Staff was very nice and efficient. Food was correct and delicious. We normally go to a different location but wanted to try this one, it’s a little further away. We had a much better experience here, all the way around. Great staff, that’s for sure!

Sandwich was burned. And they didn’t give my extra mayo and i asked for extra pickles but i got no pickle. Staff all looked frustrated due to lack of help but they were at least friendly. As usual drive thru was served before dine in people.

Filthy. The inside of the kitchen is filthy. They must have surpassed their allowed amount of roaches per health department standards since it looks like it became one with our fries. They did offer to make us fresh fries however, I’m good after the first roach we found.

Ordered 2 Asiago Chicken Clubs, one spicy one not. Both were spicy and one had paper in the middle of the sandwich! I did not get a receipt and will not go back g there again.

Their favorite thing to do is microwave their chicken sandwiches and tell you it’s fresh . I’m over it , I ask them to drop it fresh and that I don’t mind waiting the 8 min it takes. And then they still give you old food. And you can tell the difference between fresh and microwaved chicken sandwiches !

The dining area was very cold. Maybe this is why the place was empty at noon.
The hamburger patties seemed to have been cooked days earlier then kept warm.
No tasted and past well done.
I also found out, Wendy’s now charges an additional $1 when substituting chile for fries.
And the Chile was half over cooked bean and the other half were under cooked.
Definitely not typical of Wendy’s, maybe just this location.

Best Wendy’s I’ve had in a LONG TIME! Fries were hot w just right amount of salt. Chicken nuggets crispy! Great music playing in the lobby. Very good experience! Thanks you guys!
