Should have known right away walked in nobody in resturant walked up to counter the employee who was talking to another employee looked at me and said yea order at kiosk… ordered got my food it was dried out barely luke warm not even hot enough to melt cheese on hambuger, is it obviously been cooked 3 hours earlier for their lunch rush which they never bothered to throw away and remake fresh ones,looking back I should have just taken the nasty food up to the counter got a refund and gone elsewhere!! Don’t waste your time or $$ here you will be disappointed!!

Service is good but almost always out of baked potatoes and not the slightest care in the world(most of the staff is good and kind) But allso don’t always make the sandwich the way one requested it (like no lettuce or tomato) amd they quickly walk away from you to ignore what you said about it. Takes alot of back and forth to get it resolved. Overall good service.

Nadiya has a NASTY DO NOT WORK IN PUBLIC ATTITUDE! I was missing items, cold food, NASTY ATTITUDE FROM NADIYA! She has 0 customer service skills. No hospitality, willing to be coached, does not listen to customers, body language, and again her attitude is very ugly. I’LL NEVER GO BACK. The food also tasted like leftovers for the homeless.

This is a pretty standard run-of-the-mill Wendy’s. Staff was OK. I did enjoy the jalapeño bacon burger. The spiciness was spot on. They did have trouble understanding what a hamburger with bacon already was but we work through it. Bathroom is OK

This has got to be my favorite Wendy’s by far! Not only did I get amazingly fresh and delicious food, but the man who took my order spoke the gospel loud and proud while worship music played in the background. They fed my stomach and my soul! I will no doubt drive an hour out of my way to visit again. Thank you!!

Ordered a big bacon classic and a bourbon bacon combo both burgers had cheese and bacon only nothing else. Was missing a fry and my daughter’s jr cheeseburger was cold.

The young lady in drive thru was rude and disrespectful. My husband asked for two junior bacon meal deal, we were charged 12.12 for one junior bacon meal and one single burger we asked where was the rest of our food, she said it was in the bag and next she quoted and said he’ll naw next time to my husband. We did not understand what she was talking about but she was disrespectful and disappointed that these kids do not respect their elders

From the moment I pulled up to the drive thru n she spoke through the intercom! I should have just left! I thought I was overreacting!! Nope not at ALL!! She was very unprofessional at the intercom! The cashier’s customer service is/was horrible!! I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what!?!? There’s no EXCUSE for horrible customer service when you chose to become a cashier at a restaurant! Unfortunately u will see customers ALL DAY long!! Its a part of ur job description. If ur having a bad day! Stay at home don’t take it out on paying customers! I won’t be back to this one!
