I placed a mobile order, and the lady at the window did not seem to be happy to be at work. I watched her throw items into the bag, and the pull apart I ordered was too hard to cut or chew. This was the first time I had visited this location, and I’m not sure if I will return.

Usually the food is pretty decent here, but this time it was not. The saucy nuggs were old and had been recooked too many times. They were hard, and you can see where they had been recooked so many times that the batter was falling off. They were not good at all!

Waited 20 minutes for my food, got it and it was cold. Got back in line waited another 20 minutes in line to get to the window and get asked if I wanted my food made again. Soo I would have waited a whole hour ? To get fresh food.I said no..it should have been asked at the drive-thru speaker. Then the manager gets mad cause I wanted my money back. What would she have done ? Eat your food cold ?

I have been going to this location for years, but given a recent experience I feel I need to come to the team’s defense! There is usually a wait at this location, as it is very popular, and is in the same parking lot as a gym, grocery store, and shops like marshalls and homegoods, etc.. But my food is usually fresh, and the staff is polite. I was in here the other night and had waited a good amount of time, which is fine, because thanks to the employees I don’t have to cook my own food! Two other patrons were loudly berating the staff to me, who were clearly in the middle of their dinner rush, saying things like “they were clearly in no hurry,”etc.. I looked over at the staff and everysingle person in that kitchen was working on a task, no one was on their phone, and they were all attnending customers, cooking, etc.. Not to mention that they had a line around the building. I think that wait times are a little long, but I think that has more to do with the variety of food as well as the fact that they cook the burgers fresh. Thank you to the workers of this location for making us our dinners!

I normally don’t go to this one but the past 2 visits have been very horrible.
Both drive thru interactions.
First visit the cashier didn’t even tell my price just took my card with no receipt.
Second visit I’m told to go around and then told the price. Why are we not reciting someone’s order anymore with the price?
My fries are dumped in the bag.
I got a cold foam drink and wasn’t even mixed.
And I say thank you with a stare in return and door shut both visits.
I get this is fast food services and shouldn’t expect too much but at least a you’re welcome and considerate with the service you’re delivering.

I ordered in drive thru. My order was missing a baked potato. I ordered 3 different combos and it was about $41. I will not be going back to them again. You should have something in place to make sure the customer gets everything they ordered. The food is to expensive for y’all to be screwing up the order.

Girls were rude and had no customer service. I wasn’t greeted when I arrived nor was I wished a good night as I left. I ordered one oreo and one caramel frosty for my kids. They gave me two oreos. I politely told them I had ordered a caramel. First the girl argued with me and then another girl told her I was right but then that girl asked me for one of the oreos back. I’ve worked in fast food and Ive had my order wrong at other restaurants. Never have I experienced an incorrect order asked back. Normally the customer is allowed to keep it for both food safety reasons and as a gratuity and apology for the mistake. Felt like the girl just wanted to keep it for herself. They shouldn’t give it to another customer once handed to me and if they’re gonna throw it away might as well let me keep it. I would have appreciated the second oreo for me since I had just gotten two for my kids. They didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Someone needs to properly train those girls about customer service and food policies.

The doors to the dining room were locked tonight at 6:50 PM when I tried them, both doors! I called them and the guy said they were short-staffed. I told him I was going to call corporate and he couldn’t care less. Also, I ate here about two weeks ago and the service and food really went to trash. This place used to be great-so sad.

I’ll start with the food was good. Did get some bottom of the bag type fries with tidbits and tiny pieces instead of full size fries in one box. The restaurant was basically empty. Problems were cleaning. The tables, floors, counters, drink machine, restrooms….everything needed cleaning. I reiterate, THERE WERE NEXT TO NO CUSTOMERS SO WHY NOT CLEAN??? The dining area was not busy enough to ignore so much cleaning. It was gross. If we hadn’t orderd by app, we would have left. There was ZERO cleaning while we were there when they prepared the order and we dined inside so we were there for awhile. Gross. Family and friends gonna stay away from this location for awhile. How can you trust the food if the establishment is not clean?(This review is for the last part of August).
