I gave a one star because of the pre packaged sauce. I went to get a $6 biggie bag and waited on the lady to take my order maybe 10 minutes. When I got to the window, I had to tell her what I wanted 3 times before she got it. The employees were in the back arguing and also tried to give me a hamburger that had been sitting there prior. They forgot my sweet chili sauce for the nuggets so when I went back and went inside, this is what I’m greeted with trash everywhere. They lived up to the reviews on Google with this visit and I will not be back.

I said no onions ,slop came with onions said they have No ketchup well what’s this red crap on my burger, said no coke , no dr pepper . Food looks like it came from the dumpster, not even eatable, 13 bucks down the drain ….

If I Could Give This Wendy’s Zero Stars, I Would. I Ordered 30 Minutes Ahead Through DoorDash. I Sent My Son In To Pick Up Our Food, And He Came Back Out About 5 Minutes Later Looking Confused. He Said The Staff Completely Ignored Him.

I Went In Myself, And The Whole Store Was Dead Quiet. No One Talking, No One Engaging With Each Other Or Customers. Just A Bunch Of Teenagers Doing Their Own Thing. No Leadership Or Customer Service From Anyone. One Kid Was On His Phone, The People On Fries Were At Least Working, And The Rest Were Just Standing Around With Their Arms Folded, Backs To The Register And The Window, Looking Lost.

I Had To Step In And Get Someone’s Attention To Ask About My Order, Since No One Was Acknowledging Customers Or Saying Anything.

Turns Out They Never Even Started It. I Ended Up Waiting Another 10 Minutes.

And When I Finally Got The Food — It Was Straight-Up Trash. The Fries And Nuggets Were Cold, And Two Of My Burgers Were Super Thin And Sloppy. I Literally Threw The Entire Meal In The Trash.

Trash For The Meal. Trash For The Crew. Trash Experience All Around. Wendy’s Corporate, Please Do Something About This Store.

I hate to make this review, but it needs to be done. I just left the drive-through and had the worst customer experience ever. The woman taking my order had a very nasty attitude when I came around to pick up my order the woman handing us our order was rude as well. I tried to show her my keychain to get my frosty and had a nasty attitude and rudely told me that they take that at the speaker. Our fries were cold and our drinks did not have any ice. Normally this location had some of the best customer service until today. I am sorely disappointed the attitudes were not necessary. If they don’t like their jobs, then they should not be working there. If this had been my first experience, it would have been my last. As someone who has been in customer service all his life in the military and civilian life. This is very sad.

We stop in more than once each visit in the area. Jr. Cheeseburgers are always hot and they don’t mind when I get mustard only with all the veggies while my sister gets ketchup only. Granddaughter orders Fusion, fries, and chicken. She requests chocolate ice cream in Fusion and it’s served with a smile. We go inside and order to go. Both the young man and the young lady who have waited on us the past few visits have given our orders with a smile. The food was good and the service was fast. I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I was glad I didn’t read them before I stopped there a few times. Other friends had recommended this Wendy’s to us.

My 2nd visit trying to be fair … this visit the food was cold, not made right, frys were fryed in old Greece and were greasy, and cold. The girls were not friendly just stuck the food at me and walked off. No one else in line so why so rude and rushed? Well let’s just say I won’t make the mistake a 3rd time. I’ll go to jersey Mike’s across the road for great friendly service and food.

The whole staff need to be retrained in customer service. Everyone from the speaker phone to the window has an attitude, not one smile in the whole place. I was given my Frosty first with no spoon, then they had the nerve to have an attitude when I asked for spoon. Had to wait for cold food. They really act like they hate customers, like somehow my little biggie bag done ruined their day. I always heard this location was crappy and now I see why, it’s all the attitude in there. If you don’t like people, go work where you don’t have to deal with people on every day basis it’s simple. Rude people and cold food. Stay away!!! Go spend your money somewhere where you are treated like a guest and not a hassle.

Took my order back burger was wrong and they cooked their burgers till their dry and burnt not once but twice fries cold each time employees seemed bothered by having to do their job manager if she moved slower than a turtle not one employee smiled greeted or thanked anyone if your that unhappy with your job change it don’t take it out on your guests

Ordered the $8 JBC Combo. I asked for bacon, cheese and ketchup only with a sweet tea lite ice. They wanted to charge me $9.87 for the meal. I asked them what are they charging me extra for, but only said that taxes in Alabama is 10%. I told them that I don’t pay $9 plus tax in Columbus and other areas. My food came with everything on it, saId ketchup was already in the bag when I asked for some. There was no ketchup, the guy acted like he didn’t want to give me any. The manager was very rude because I challenged her on why am I getting charged way too much. Them all of a sudden, my total was $8.78. I asked for my receipt, the manager said the receipt thing wasn’t working. They’re over charging people for food with piss poor service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE

Showed up with 6 people on a early sunday afternoon. Lady running the register just stared at us, no greeting, and acted like we weren’t welcome in her store probably because we are white if I had to guess. The staff was far from diverse. Anyway besides the staff sleeping in the booths or on their phones as they occupied 3 seperate booths in uniform. Cold fries, wrong size drink cups, the sweet tea I’m pretty sure had urine in it judging by the smell, fountain drink machine hadn’t been cleaned in weeks as it would spray liquid out of the spout because of the built up crud. Have visited this store on multiple occasions and it is always the nastiest food and tea with the slowest and laziest employees.
