Hi all.. I stopped here Jan 31st to get some zeppole as I had seen them on the menu as I was looking it over online. These are not the standard I remember as a kid going to the south beach San Gennaro feast many years ago when I lived on Robin road. They were baseball shaped & size and were dense with a million air pockets in them . These here at the pizza shop are square(ish) almost rectangle. They are more of a phyllo dough feeling with an air pocket in them . Even though they are not the standard that I remember they are very tasty & not overly sweet. I put a little cherry jam on them & it took them over the top. I would recommend getting an order yourself if you have not had them before. Next time my sweet tooth hits I will definitely think about getting an order or two . I did not get pizza as I already had dinner plans but they had a ton of pizza out with a plethora of toppings that regulars were stopping in to order. It looked busy but very organized from what I could see. Behind the counter and the seating area for customers to sit in and eat all looked neat & tidy.

Hello, i would like to address my concern for this 2 star review due to the women who work here. as soon as i walked in i was given a very nasty look. I walked to the register and was admittedly give a dirty look, i finished ordering and cashed out and looked at the lady who took my order and as i turned away she said “yea that one keeps looking at us” and proceeded as i walked away to continue to talk about me and my friends. please work on the friendliest of your staff. I will not be coming here again in person to order, i felt very uncomfortable in this pizzeria. The pizza here is great though, i recommend ordering from your phone not in person unless you would like to feel judged.

Pizza is pretty good but counter girl doesn’t really smile and pretty stone faced. The atmosphere isn’t really the best of you wanna chit chat or have a friendly conversation with anyone. Order the pizza and get out.

The place looks very cute, very clean can definitely use an air freshener in the bathroom but clean. The pizza was good bit spicy but I knew it will have a kick. The pizza dough was fluffy thick tasted very good. One slice around five dollars but it is definitely filling.

Not sure if they aren’t used to serving people who don’t look like them but I walked in being polite as ever and the girl at the register didn’t even say hello back or Crack a smile when I greeted her. I took one good look at her and the pizza and almost decided to spend my money elsewhere and if I weren’t so hungry, I would have. No customer service skills whatsoever. Even after be handed my food from the guy, he too was not friendly but yet he was warm and friendly with the two ladies who came up after me. Never will I ever return.

The best pizza place on Staten Island.It’s extremely clean,delicious pizza,very friendly employees and such a beautiful girls behind the counter.I would like to make a special comment for the restroom.Never ever seen cleanest,beautifully designed with nice music and tv restroom in Pizza place.Definitely you should stop by before if you heading to New Jersey or Pennsylvania.Highly recommend it.Thank You to Pronto Family.

I’ve been eating in and ordering from this location for years, and it’s one of my favorite places to eat. The staff are friendly and always helpful if there’s any sort of issue. Orders are prepared fast and the quality is always great, from pizza to pasta. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu here. Highly recommended!

Friendly service but the counter girl didn’t know why no prices were posted. The pizza crust has basically no flavor as so the pizza itself. Certainly not worth the $3 a slice you would pay for quality pizza
