Went through drive through during dinner time. I ordered the Dave’s single meal with no tomatoes and a strawberry lemonade. First warning sign was that I didn’t receive a receipt. When I got home my burger was cold, bun was hard and lettuce was brown and not fresh at all. My fries were cold and lemonade was way too sweet. Will never be back again!

Waited 1 hour for my meal as a dine in customer. I was the only person In the restaurant. Staff was extremely disrespectful and could be heard talking about how much they hate their job and don’t want to be at work. My meal was a single burger combo. I waited longer at a “fast food” restaurant than I have any sit down restaurant. I shouldn’t ever have to go past a lunch break to get food from an empty fast food restaurant.

Made a mobile order at 12:15am. Arrived at 12:30am to pick it up. No one would answer the intercom, pulled around to the window and the girl ran to back. They were clearly still open and it says they are open until 1am. Had to cancel the mobile order. Will not be returning this store.

They have gotten my order wrong 4 times in the past 2 weeks! I’m in a wheelchair and have to send some one to get my order & can’t send them back when it’s wrong! Am tired of paying for something I didn’t order or want and being stuck with it! To top it off, I can’t get through to the manager as they don’t ever answer the phone. I am done with Wendy’s!

Somehow they don’t serve grilled chicken. The drink machine doesn’t work and they don’t have ketchup. Then they sold me a salad knowing that they were out of forks. Ever ate a salad with a spoon? Go somewhere else.
