There are not very happy to work there and they need customer service training. Try being polite or maybe even smile. If you sell beverages that do not come out of a fountain you have to have a good ice to beverage ratio so that the drink is not hot. I tried the ghost pepper fries, I’m not sure what I expected but they could have kept them. 0 outta 10 stars. #WouldNotRecommend

Bad service despite being the only customer in the restaurant and seven people working there. Food was bad and cold. Didn’t have barbecue for nuggets, didn’t have chocolate frosty, bathroom was disgusting, ketchup dispenser was broken, drink machine was broken and the staff didn’t care about any of it.

We pulled up to the speaker, and the automatic greeter welcomed us with started off nice… then the lady came on the speaker, and was very cut & dry. She was rude, and kept saying what else, what else… like ma’am let me keep ordering… then I would say thank you, and she just looked at me like I was speaking a different language… we waited about 5 minutes at the window which would usually signify that your food will be fresh…WRONG! The nuggets and fries were chewy, my chicken sandwich was hard, my dad’s burger was bland… overall not worth what was spent… go somewhere that your patronage is welcomed!!

Ok so the time right now is 9:27p.m. walk in to this wendy’s for the very first time and get told very rudely by kp that they are closed and can’t find the keys that’s why doors are open, mind the drive thru has 4 cars 3 already ordered 4th is placing order at speaker and she’s dumping fries in the fryer but won’t even dump a frosty in a cup and take my money… don’t even need change, double checked with”ok Google” and hours on line that say 10p.m. it’s too bad I have to even give one star just to comment, that customer service was the worst.. just not worth making a scene over ,surprising!, to say the least but obviously kp needs a vacation and some retraining on her terrible people skills!!.. here’s a look 10 min after 10p.m. mind blown, from outta town here working and my fellow co worker is already asleep with the keys in a undisclosed location.. so frosty night is ruined, thanks wendy’s for totally letting me down…

May 5th at 5:40pm I went in to grab a Togo order. I ordered and it seems as if I was bothering the employee. I said thank you and smiling and I got the cold shoulder. I ordered 2 jr burgers and chili. I asked for hot sauce and ketchup, she replied we do t have any. Confused I asked again with “you don’t have any” I asked do you have any to out in a container by chance she said no. So I clarified with not even Ketchup. She we do not. I looked over by the napkins and saw there was ketchup. So I asked for a cup or container to get ketchup from over here. She slowly went to get a container she started back with one small one and I asked for two. She slowly went to grab another one. I asked how are you out of Ketchup and hot sauce. She just shrugged her shoulders and turned. I feel like there was ketchup lazy

The Worse Wendys ever After going through the drive thru twice the attitudes were horrible ! I started too drink some of my mom drink not looking because I was focusing on the road . I passed the cup to her and she pulled the top off the cup there lies a baby Roach not knowing how many could’ve possibly been in there because I had started drinking it before knowing . This was 2:00 In the evening and the manager response was well I cleaned it out this morning do not spend your money there it’ll be a disgusting waste ‼️
