Let me start by saying: if you’ve ever rolled up to Chipotle with a hangover, you know the stakes are high. I ordered a pick-up through the drive-thru because I was in no condition to make adult decisions in public. When I got there, I was paralyzed by the drink options — every flavor was mocking me — until Julia stepped in like an angel sent from the heavens and said, “Try the organic mandarin agua fresca.”

When I tell you that drink tasted like liquid gold… I mean it cured part of my soul. Julia didn’t just recommend a drink; she prescribed the perfect hangover remedy.

Now, not everything was sunshine at first — my rice was, respectfully, giving “oatmeal.” But when I came back, the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They remade my bowl with fresh ingredients, smiles, and zero judgment for my fragile state.

When I got home and opened that new bowl, I’m convinced divine intervention took place. Spoiler alert: turns out it was Tamara, the manager, who made it — with love, care, and what tasted like extra chicken (which I’m counting as a blessing).
If you ever find yourself mildly suffering but in need of comfort food and exceptional humans, this Chipotle is the place.

The WORST location I’ve ever been to. I can’t believe how bad it is since it’s in a prime location and is new. Last night I had an online order that sat behind the counter for 28 minutes while I stood waiting without one employee acknowledging my presence. So once I finally had someone ask me “what I’m waiting for”, my food wash mushy and cold. Every time I go there the service is terrible and the food is mediocre. Last night I had 6 pieces of steak in my $12 bowl. Last night was the last straw. Save your time and go to Bridgeton or Ofallon. You would probably get your food faster even with the drive all the way out there!

What is Chipotle’s Mission Statement? “cultivate a better world?” Sure, lets start by cultivating the attitude towards the guest. The food was fine, however the service need’s correction. Three points:

1. Staff social interactions. Not sure if it is standard for staff to raise their voice (rude) upon simple inquiry. Also in the middle of being served the staff walked away from the line without addressing so. I myself, and the other staff were confused as I waited for their return.

2. The portion control at this location is inconsistent as one day I receive a mountain of lettuce and the next time I receive 6 shreds. Every time I walk in I feel like I’m gambling.

3. 2/6/26 around 7:45PM was the time of visit.

The rudeness that was presented to me from the gentleman that asked me what I wanted was unbelievably uncalled for! I’m in the hospitality industry myself but the way that man came off on me was uncalled for! I asked for the Al pastor chicken and he said it will be a minute because it was empty. I said no problem I’ll wait. He then proceeded to the take out side window and grabbed the pastor from that side and came back and I said I’m sorry but I wanted double serving of the chicken and he just straight up looked at me and said your testing my patience bro! I looked over at the hound girl next to him and she looked over at me and said I’m sorry! I said WOW!!!! No hospitality at all! I will never step into that place again!!! If you can’t be polite and be hospitable in the service industry you need to go my friend!! To the girl that apologized to me that older man could learn a few things from that young girl because she was polite and even came out again and apologized and had me some chips with my meal. Kudos to her!!!!

Watching workers hair is hanging down and they are touching their hair. Not wearing gloves , I guess because she “wasn’t touching food, but she was touching the inside of the bags. As a manager get your hands in there and help your workers get caught up.
Ordered online and still had to wait over 30 minutes for our meal.
I have never had such slow service at a Chipotle. Will not go to this location again!!!!

The last three or four times I’ve ordered there. They’ve left something out of my bowl. Today I pulled through to get back to work and when I got back to work, there was no rice or beans in the bowl. It was not even half full when I called to complain, I was told to bring it back and they would fix it. OK well I don’t have time to bring it back now. I’m working so should I not eat today and bring it back tonight when it’s bad their customer service stinks. They should’ve taken my name and offered to make it again another day for me. I spent $15 on a bowl. Absolutely ridiculous

Thought I’d try one more time. Paid extra for a side of guacamole today the order was correct except for I got lettuce instead of guacamole. I mean they’re both green. This place is crazy. Why can’t you get an order right?

Terrible experience. The cashier rolled his eyes because my bowl had an extra free item—super rude. The rice was half uncooked (crunchy and hard), and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to cut the brisket. Staff was slow and disorganized. Definitely won’t be coming back.

place is messy. All tables are dirty,floors are dirty and soda places is messy and dirty. Restaurant is not busy at all they have 7 workers in the kitchen talking when some one can come out here and clean. It would lonely take about 10 min to do it. I have work in so many restaurants and it doesn’t take long to do that.

I imagine it is the downward spiral of poor work ethic and lacking pride in what one does… but either way the employees don’t work for free. When I started my first job it was bussing tables for $3.85/hour (which was minimum wage in Missouri then. I am certain that has increased since the early 1990’s…) yet I had pride in what I did and how it was done. This place is the worst and now I have food poisoning from what we ordered from this restaurant last night. The best part… the order was completely incorrect and even missing items we paid extra for! Chipotle has fallen and it is due to whomever cannot do the bare minimum of what their job entails: Read order, make order (as ordered), give to ÜberEats driver and collect a paycheck. I am baffled and it has come to this. Sure, I get it… everyone loves Chipotle, but do we really? We did… not anymore. I’m contacting corporate for a formal complaint. If there were potential food allergy issues this could have been a wrongful death lawsuit and that’s just bad press for anyone, especially the dead guy.

1/16/24 Chipotle kicking off the new year with half portions. This location has a problem.

11/1 updated review. In the six months they have been open my experience has been hit or miss. Sometimes they don’t open on time, sometimes they are out of items, sometimes they close early. Tonight I ordered for drive through pickup. Waited forever no one manning the window. Finally some guy turns toward the window, sees me and then turns around and walks away. Eventually a girl helped me but our order ended up short the extra tortilla, burrito was barely wrapped, bowl lid was loose and leaked all over.

4/13 nice new location, line was long but with the line to the door we had our food in twenty minutes. Great quality, clean, plenty of portion, the pick up window looked very efficient. There was no delay on app pickup orders. They were out of chips which seems to be a common Chipotle problem now days. So happy to have one nearby. They also have. A nice patio out front. Next to the parking lot but not near a road.
