Well we left the last wendys without food due to terrible service. Now we’re here and they also were not wonderful…
The burger has everything on that was asked not to go on it….
They won’t tell you if out of dressing you ask extra of (thankfully we looked at the window) and they will wait for you to drive off with none and use the excuse “they didn’t tell me they was out until after I cashed ya out” not an excuse! Let me know. Give me the option for another. Something.
Other items and sauces missing.
And here’s the Pic of the “taco salad” that is missing so much and I had to personally tell the staff what about this and that that go on/with the salad. In the end still missing most but seriously… can we get some honest people to work for this company or some respect?
Apparently Alabama an Mississippi this disrespect thing must be a norm but I think its absolutely unacceptable.

I hate coming here. The only reason why I do is because my kids love the frosties and fries. As soon as I walked in, I smelled a combination of weed and fries. I walked to the register to placey order and one of the male workers simply stared at me. No greeting. No offering to take my order. I believe I even heard him say.to a female worker that I was standing at the register ready to order. She had her back to me and didn’t bother to turn a look for herself. I have a very strong opinion that the owner doesn’t give 2 craps what happens here. The drive thru is the only way I want to interact with the employees here. If this location went to fully automated robots and AI performing everything, I would not be upset. This place SUCKS!

I almost never have a problem here. Breakfast and late night crew are friendly, breakfast crew often makes you pull ahead and wait but last night I came for a salad and burger and was in and out within 5 minutes. Salad was really tasty and the burger was hot. Will definitely be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Hours say open until 12am, however when we went at 11pm, no one answered at the drive through speaker. The screen then shut down on us. We then tried to go into the store with the door locked and heading laughter inside.
Post the correct hours if you’re not going to work past 11pm

Every time we go the workers have an attitude and every time we try to order their chili they say they’re “out” just because they don’t feel like making it, and they charge a lot more than needed for it just to be cold. Overall this restaurant has gone down hill and they need to close and build something new in its place.

Came into this Wendy’s to get a meal. I haven’t ate all day and choose Wendy’s to fill a need. Walked into empty lobby to place an order, told by a manger (I guess) that the lobby was closed. Told them I can’t do drive thru because I’m in a big truck. Still wasn’t allowed to order but door dash somehow was able to go in and pick up an order. I’m pretty aggravated about it
