The girl totally came out behind the counter and was willing to hold my service dog while I went to the bathroom she’s a sweetheart I’m a few of them was kind of scared of them but most people are scared of big dogs but anywho I love the ladies be blessed sweetheart and same with the little dude

The first thing we noticed was how clean the restaurant was including the bathroom. We were greeted by the cashier with a kind voice and smile which made our experience pleasant from the start. We ordered two of our favs and that was Wendy’s chili and loaded potato. They were out of baked potatoes so we asked to substitute with fries and were kindly accommodated.
We also liked that the atmosphere was quiet as possible by staff. We will return to this Wendy’s when visiting this area again. Owners would be proud of this restaurant staff and management.

While the food was good for a burger and customer service was attentive. I was disappointed to see the manager had not replaced the broken sanitation dispenser hanging on the outside wall leading into the kitchen and behind the counter area. This is something all employees are to use upon entering this area after washing their hands to start work and after using the restroom. And one in the restroom would be smart. Also, the restroom, like before, is not well kept. A young manager, Jay, assured me that the dispenser would be taken care of before I returned 3 days later. It was not. With COVID and cleaniness still on many minds, I was not happy.

This location has employees with horrible attitudes. We waited about 10 mins before our order was taken. Every item was in its own bag, there was hardly any cause on the food, lady got mad when I asked for barbecue sauce. Had to go back and ask for salt because fries had none, drink machine mixes all flavors and was absolutely gross, they were “out” of tea at 1:00 in the afternoon. I understand being busy but a pleasant attitude can fix a lot of problems.

This Wendy’s is awful, waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru to pick up one baconator fries and a water. Get to the window. They asked me if I ordered a completely different sandwich. I said no. I ordered a baconator. She then answering my food. I get back onto the inner shape because this is a location right by the interstate so most people are traveling, wrong sandwich completely. No way to turn around now because I’m up the interstate. They don’t answer phones. It seems that they’ve got a lot of incompetent. People who can’t put together things that are shown how to put together by pictures. Don’t come here. It’s a waste of money. I now have a sandwich that I can’t eat because it’s covered in tomatoes which I’m allergic to. Thanks for that. Thanks for wasting my money and my time

Stopped in for a bathroom break and grabbed a quick lunch to go. Restaurant and restroom were clean. Service was friendly, professional and fast. Burgers were made to order and delicious!

10pm on a Wednesday we pull up to the drive through start to place our order and where told they were ONLY serving chicken nuggets. Poor service how does a fast food restaurant only have chicken nuggets.

The team member never acknowledged any of the customers as they came up to order. He just stood there staring at you until you started telling him what you wanted. Once the order was complete, he never gave a receipt or said thank-you, and just ignored me when I asked for a receipt. When I went to get my drink, there was no unsweet tea in the lobby so I asked at the counter if I could get unsweet tea. The employee working the kitchen area rudely yelled that they do not have unsweet tea. After I got my order, say down and noticed the tables had not been cleaned in some time. the sandwich I got was good which was the only good thing because the fries were extremely overcooked and burnt. With other restaurants in the immediate vicinity, I would definitely skip this place in the future and go to one of those.
