Wendy’s in Montgomery, Alabama on Atlanta Highway really needs to train their workers on customer service. Their prices are too high for customers, so I would recommend that you go when you have a coupon; especially a family of 2 or more members. They need to change the timer on their outdoor lights in the fall because the area was too dark for customers to feel safe. You never are given a receipt after making a purchase. I wanted to try their new chicken tenders. Big mistake! I ended up paying $8.00 for four tenders that had no taste. I can honestly say that the size of the tenders were satisfying. Wendy’s have just gone downhill. What a shame.

Went to this location at 8 :pm for a large bowl of chilli got home and it is very cold . This isnt my first time not being happy with my food from this location. I call 10 times to talk to someone and no answer . They also had me sotting at the drive thru for along time and it was no cars are customers inside ate outside . I wont be going back nomore

This location recently got a remodel, the interior is now clean and modern. I love Wendy’s, some of my favorite fast food sandwiches. This location was a coin toss in the past but appears to be hiring all positions and might see improvement. The breakfast today was great, glad the added English muffin sandwiches. Potato wedges are awesome.

This is the worst WENDYS in Montgomery AL, the crew is extremely rude… they don’t make the chili because they don’t want to make it, the drink machines don’t work, the place is always nasty, the drive thru wait is always 15-20 minutes long, the food is always cold… it’s not a good Wendy’s, genuinely not a good Wendy’s… I don’t think cooperate checks on this Wendy’s at all, they should come at night and see the service we get..

Worst experience ever in any food establishment. One of the workers THREW hot cheese fries at me threw the window and burnt me and my son then tried to come out back door and fight me (the people in the kitchen had to hold her!)The manager apologized and said she has trouble controlling her workers (then why is she managing) but wouldn’t give me any numbers to call the gm or cooperate. The worker needs to be addressed and I will be filing a police report.

Shawanda that works here has the most nasty inappropriate attitude anybody working as a manager should have. Very loud and unprofessional! She was handling money and touching food without gloves or proper PPE on while dealing with food. I was told that everything was fresh during lunch time and when I went on the inside just to see how food was being prepared and guess what she was picking fries from nuggets placing them in containers to be serviced to customers. After approaching her about her attitude when dealing with customers she continued to walk around handling food careless and rolling her eyes laughing! If she don’t stop her ways when it comes to dealing with the public somebody won’t be as nice as I was to her.

After giving this location several chances, I just have to call a spade a spade. The care and service are lacking. They are extremely slow and today not only were they slow they managed to get my order completely wrong. I ordered a number 6 (Spicy chicken meal) not only did I not receive the correct sandwich whatever they gave me wasn’t fit to be consumed. I will say the fries are always good and hot.

Horrible service. I got three bacon double stack biggie bags and three frostys, two regular and one plain. All of my frostys were 3/4 filled at best. All my burgers were the same and badly made. All had the same sauce (two honey mustard one BBQ). If I could leave zero stars I would. Save your money and just go to cook-out. Oh yeah my fries were cold as ice too. But what else’s would I expect?
