The food was hot and ready not always love a good Wendy’s chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce and their fries are delicious. I wouldn’t say the lady at the drive-thru was rude but you could definitely tell she was not in a good mood there was no thank you there was no have a good day she just had a mad look on her face the whole time… But the order was right and she did do her job

First off, the doors are locked when I arrive. Cool, pull up to drive thru window tell them I’m picking up a mobile order. Get told to drive back around (I’m the ONLY ONE IN LINE) to order at the window. Go around, tell them the same and get told to pull back to the window. Lady makes my drink, it’s dripping in soda, ask for a napkin to wipe it down, told they’re in the bag. Check bag, no straw for said drink, have to ask. Whoever on the inside and lady working the window clearly cannot be bothered with the customers. Fries were lukewarm at best and no ketchup in the bag. Couldn’t be bothered to even address it after the other shenanigans. Will NEVER come back to this location.

Absolutely horrible experience. Paid right at $28 for two meals and only got meat and bread. This location was out of onions, pickles and lettuce! If you cannot order what the menu has, close down the restaurant until you have the ingredients.
We pay far too much on food these days not to get what we order. We pay for simple items like lettuce, onions and pickles so make sure you order your produce. This is a very bad lack of management. If they cannot order the basics, they probably lack in food safety.
We will not return to this location again. The employees were also rude about not having these items and never even tried to apologize.

I ordered a burger and 4 nuggets through the mobile app and picked it up through the drive-thru. I got back to work and opened the burger to see a long hair stuck between the 2 patties and melted cheese. I drove back to the restaurant and asked to see the manager. A lady with long hair that wasn’t in a hair net spoke with me and then called for the actual manager who made a half attempt to apologize for the hair in the burger. She asked if I wanted them to remake it, which I declined. I never want food from there again. I asked for a refund which they said I had to go through the mobile app to get the refund since I ordered through the app. I am extremely disgusted by food and their attitudes toward how they handle the situation.

Drive through service was good. Got our food, had an order of baconator fries. Pull in a parking place and check and see there is 1 piece of bacon and not enough cheese to cover 2 fries I took them back end and the manager said that was 1 scoop of cheese if you wanted more you’ll have to pay for them. Very rude with an attitude!

The food was good and the service was pretty good as well, but the building is in seeps need of repair. There is water damage throughout. I had the Caesar salad, it was good, but pricey for what it was.

They messed up my sandwich and was gonna get one star. BUT, the remade sandwich was “picture perfect” and delicious! The staff were polite and apologized for the inconvenience. I know it helped that I was nice about it and ask for a new sandwich instead of getting angry. “People make mistakes… it’s what you do after a mistake that defines your character.”
