They may need someone else to take orders at the drive thru. Seems like the young lady was very distracted with her phone . Cause it was by the register and she was on FaceTime with someone. I handed her my money which fell out her hands cause she’s that distracted on her phone smh. She didn’t give me correct change back either .I’ll go inside next time was running late for work.

My wife and I went to here for some lunch. The lady at the register was not nice at all, and continued to say “Speak up, I can’t hear you” in a really loud and demeaning voice. I was speaking fairly loud too, but there was a timer going off in the kitchen, so I understand. There was still unnecessary attitude towards the customer though. I asked if I could get Ghost Pepper fries, and she was very harsh in her response that they don’t have it.
My wife got the 6 count spicy nugget, and they were served cold. I got the Pretzel baconator, and the bread and stale and old. It really ruins the fact that this was almost $20 for fast food for the two of us.
The only nice part was this other customer that was an elderly lady. My wife spilt some ketchup on her hoodie, and the nice lady was asking if we had spray detergent to get the stain off.
We were also served an old honey mustard that had disgusting food on it. (Picture provided)
Horrible experience, will not be returning here, and letting the community know. This could be a health hazard with the food sitting out and food cross contamination to the point of being on sauces.

The food is decent but most of the staff are very rude. They don’t even speak when you speak to them and the wait is crazy. I’m sure they are short staffed but it isn’t the customers fault. Being nice is free!

I will never come back to this location. This is the third or fourth time I’ve been here in the past couple of years and the service is ALWAYS slow and terrible. Today we came and stood there 10 minutes with the staff standing around looking at us. We finally had to ask to order before they would do it. Then they took forever and had to ask for our food. We would’ve left if my daughter hadn’t have been promised a frosty. Several other customers left. The manager is so ugly to the staff. She’s one of those that screams at them when it’s her fault for the inefficiencies. We will not be back. Floors are so gross and slick. Bathrooms are so gross too. Women’s bathroom literally has toilet paper holders falling off the wall.

Went thru drive thru. Ordered and paid for a big bacon classic combo and a small frosty. The window attendant was competent and nice. The fries were good as was the frosty. The burger was raw in the middle and had no bacon. Pretty sure they gave me a classic cheeseburger. Though if it was just going to have raw bacon on it to go with the patty, perhaps that was for the best. I just hope I don’t get food poisoning from the one bite I took. I gave a star because the fries and frosty were good. And while the window employee was great I’m incredibly unimpressed with whoever sent that burger out both wrong and raw so no stars.
