My family stopped in to eat and ordered there was very few people in the dining area and we waited over an hour to get our food. We finally asked if our food was coming out and we were told that they had not even started our order due to having so many take out orders. We were then told they would put our order in as soon as they finished the take out orders.
I understand things get busy and sometimes things are over looked but when you have served the two other tables that came in after us one would think that staff should inquire on their guests.

I think their food is wonderful. However there is one male employee that is awful. I come in about once a week because I live in the country. I stop and order a calzone which is wonderful which I split with my husband. Every time the male employee is there when I call usually between 2:15-2:30 he makes sure to tell me they close between 3-4. When I pick it up usually about 2:45 I eat my portion there, to which he gets agitated by me going to the tables and let’s me know again they close at 3:00 which is infuriating. To make matters worse he skimps on the filling last time on my side of the calzone I only had 2 pieces of pepperoni and one slice of meatball slice and I paid him with tip16 dollars for that on 8/31/23. For now on when a male answers the phone I will hang up and go somewhere else. I do not like writing this review I love jimmy’s pizza and will continue to go there.

This place is awesome! The pizza is phenomenal and they have some good tap beers. The staff is really helpful and friendly and the pizza came out fast! A great place to grab some food and a brew after a long day on the lake.
