I stopped by Wendy’s today and had a really pleasant experience. The food was fresh and came out quickly, but what stood out most was the service. The guy that was working the counter was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. You don’t see that level of courtesy much anymore. He made sure my order was right and treated me with respect. Small things like that really make a difference. I left happy and will definitely be back.

Food was decent. Fries have been cold lately. Nuggets was good. But the last 3 times I’ve come through and got a jr bacon cheeseburger my bun has been hard as a rock on the side. Sweet tea was really good and the workers are always very friendly no matter if you go inside or drive through.

Just popped through the drive thru to grab a quick lunch. Single was good. Love the thicker fries, and tried the strawberry swirl shake. Delicious. Staff at this Wendy’s is always so friendly.

MUCH worse than Seattle and LA, where I’m from. Took multiple rings to get the basics of service. If company management is reading this, please know this people are TRASH! Friendly, polite, the computer kept blacking out the woman kept her composure. The food was cold the bread on the burger was old .the Carmel crunch was very good

I repeated my order twice at the drive thru and once at the window to confirm. Was excited cause it was quick and I’ve worked all day. Get home and they slathered my burger in mayonnaise. Would have been no big deal if I was dining in but going back from Dutton is a real pain. They apologized but that doesn’t give back my 40 minutes or gas. Lesson learned check food before you pull off.
