So starting in 2026 they don’t have “bowls”anymore.That by itself isn’t a big deal but when my wife tries to call in an order if all you say is “no bowl”and you don’t say anything else that doesn’t make a lot of sense.I have ate here plenty of times before and never had a problem but I can say for me I will not be going back.I always ordered chicken teriyaki double chicken and fried rice only.Today I was told I can only order off of the menu exactly like it is.Thats ok if you can’t ring up what I want to eat and charge me whatever it would cost,I don’t have to have it “my way”and the customer doesn’t always have to be right.It is your business and you can run it how you want.The chicken was fine and rice was good but you made me buy the other stuff (vegetables & corn)that I don’t eat so I only gave the food 3 stars.You may like everything they give you in a plate but I don’t & I did leave pictures of the menu so you can see their plates.I would be lying if I said the staff was friendly but the cook/cashier he’s always kinda been short with people and he’s probably never gonna change and that’s ok too.I guess for me I can choose to walk 40 feet in either direction and eat really good food with really good service and I can add or subtract anything I want without a problem.So if your like me walk to the end of the building and the price is definitely better too.We as consumers can choose to spend our money how and where we want so you can choose to as you want.I will choose somewhere else…….so the owner answered my review so here is my response.Maybe I wasn’t clear.I understand they don’t have bowls anymore and only have plates and as I said that is ok.My biggest problem was me having to buy the plate as it is shown on the menu.When I told the cashier/cook all I wanted was fried rice and double chicken he said “no”and pointed at the picture and said “number 2”so I would of gladly customized my plate had the option been made available.

We just moved to the area and decided to get some takeout for dinner here. The service is exceptional. All the staff is very attentive to the customers. The food is yummy. There’s a variety of meats you can mix and match for your meal. This is perfect for individuals that want to try a bit of everything. Everything tasted fresh and our food was made to order. The restaurant was spotless and smelled clean when we were there. The price is great for the amount of food you actually get. It honestly feels like a steal. Will definitely be back!

Love this place and the food! I’m always greeted with a smile and quick service as soon as I walk in the door. The food is always amazing and very quick (I personally love the ramen), the prices are great and it’s always so clean (health inspection score is 100%!). Anyone who gives this place a bad review doesn’t know what they are talking about!

First time trying this place, and we were in awe of how good it is! Food is made fresh to order and the owner and staff were very kind and ensuring we had everything we needed for our meal. Will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

Staff very friendly and polite, interior is very clean. Disappointed in the food. I ordered a teriyaki bento lunch box with teriyaki beef and general Tao chicken. The flavor was off on the chicken breading. It missed the mark for me.
The biggest complaint I have is with the Spicy Tuna Roll. The Tuna tasted like it was out of a can. No seasoning. I paid roughly $20 for both and left the majority of the food on my tray uneaten. I don’t like to waste food but I couldn’t push through on this one.

I was in the area and googled pho in the area. Rinoo was 2 minutes away from where I was with great reviews! The customer service was amazing. The man who took my order was personable and surprised I was familiar with different cuisines. I ordered ramen miso and egg rolls to go! My order was quick to prepare.
The food was flavorful and I would definitely come back to this establishment hands down!!

So where do I begin. First mistake, never order a Spicy Tuna Roll at a Bento restaurant. I literally have a roll with canned Tuna, not sushi Tuna!
I’m serious. You can’t make this up.
Wasted $8.99 for what I thought was, well….I don’t know what I was thinking.

I tried out this place today while on lunch and was greeted by a very energetic and friendly guy named Kevin.(owner) He went on to ask me what I liked and picked out a bento box with spicy pork and teriyaki chicken. I also got the Shoyu ramen. The ramen had an amazing broth tasty pork and fresh green onion. The bean sprouts were still crisp just how I like them. The spicy pork and a very flavorful sauce that complemented it very well. Prices are good
It wouldnt be an honest review without mentioning why I gave 3 stars. I did switch out my meal after noticing that the noodles that came with my bento box were spaghetti noodles that didnt quite match with the meats, and the teriyaki chicken looked like premade deep fried chicken nuggets with sauce. While Kevin was very energetic, the clerk didn’t match his energy so it was a little awkward going from excited energy to someone who’s just checkout you out. It was also very warm in the restaurant but I’m assuming there was an issue with the a/c. I’m aware that this is a new restaurant but they don’t have any fried rice or, egg rolls.(the owner reassured me that more will be added)
I highly recommend the shoyu ramen and will be returning mainly due to the professionalism, customer service and kindness of Kevin. And the ramen!
