Every time I have eaten here it is clean. The people are nice and service is very quick. It can get busy quick which can cause a bit of a slow down with getting your order but that is normal for any fast food place.

Well, the food was good. Online order. The app was a pain because we had an old credit card and had to update it. Couldn’t get it to stop going back to the old card. Finally got it through. When we got to give the order we told her we had an online order and it was silent for ever so we drove around. Then they handed out our food. We got a Cobb salad, two nuggets and two large chili. They hande
d us the wrong bag and we got someone’s chicken sandwich. We went in. The manager was nice and made everything right and let us have the sandwich (but we are trying to eat low carb) Anyway, he made it right but our ordering ahead didn’t help.

The lady handing out the order just seemed miserable. If you work with customers you should honestly greet everyone with a smile because you want customers coming back not customers feeling like a inconvenience

Got a number 1 combo, single and a double combo, ff .. the fries were child and old, and the burgers were half child and just not very good at all! Stopped in to get lunch and they first forgot my drink at the drive-thru then gave me the wrong drink. Then when I got the right drink, the Dr. Pepper tastes moldy for some reason and then they forgot to put the sauce in the bag and both cartons are flies were completely burnt.

Ordered on the app, arrived and waited in line 20 minutes just to ask about our order status. 50 minutes later finally got our mobile order. Watched other people come in, order on the app, and receive their food while we waited. Food was cold, dry, and mostly tastless. Coffee was cold and tasted burned and bitter. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

Update #3. I’m done with this place. Gave them one last try, and my burger was not even hardly cooked inside. This is beyond acceptable. This place should be shut down.
Update, I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and got a spicy one. I can’t do spicy foods. Ruined my dinner. Dropped to 1 star.
Have had much better luck with orders being right here than other places in the area. Food is good also. Always fast also.

Super friendly folks and the burger and fries were right on time! A credit tothe Wendy’s franchise in a time when fast food can be inconsistent. Will definitely stop in again when I’m in town.

I came in without much money. I figured I would just get me a burger. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the $5 Biggie Meal! I got a burger, fries, 4 pc chicken nuggets and a drink for less than $6 out the door!! The food was delicious, the service was Excellent, the place is very clean! They now have a customer that will go out of my way to eat Wendy’s every chance I get!
