The store was absolutely horrible. We ordered 4 meals and they gave us 3 of these and for or 4th they wanted to charge me till I showed my butt. Really 1 little cup of ketchup with a large fry and a triple cheeseburger. This will be the last time I use this establishment if you are that poor that u can’t give out more ketchup even though its 45 dollars for fast food. Do better Wendy’s.

It took over 10 minutes to get my food. Pulled up to the window and the two girls were leaning over the counter on their phone. My chicken wrap though was probably the best I’ve ever had at any Wendy’s. The chicken was moist and the size was the original size.

Repeatedly disappointed at the Albertville Wendy’s…yep that’s a bite out my “NO TOMATO” burger. This was a mobile order (that they asked me to pay for again at the DT window ). I was gone before I took a bite and realized it had tomato on it.

This is the last time we visit this location. It’s never busy so you would think the food will be better prepared. We stopped in for breakfast, the sandwiches were thrown together, the sausage patty was dry and the bacon was raw. The potatoes tasted as if they were from the morning before just dunked into grease.
