On Friday, March 17, 2023 at 9:52 a.m. I ate with my brother at the Wendy’s in Hazel Green on the southbound lane of Highway 231 431. I had Wendy’s biscuit and gravy it and my brother had two sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The lobby was close so we had to go through the drive-through. And they were slow. This may be because they were understaffed and was not enough people in there working at this time.

Everytime I have visited this location the customer service was spot on. Except for today. The employee that took my money didn’t speak to me even after I said thank you. The person handing me my food didn’t say anything except when I ask him for a napkin to wipe off the outside of the frosty cup. He said well I put some in the bag.

Just ordered with Door Dash. The delivery was great. Everything was packaged and wrapped perfectly. My only complaint is that my spicy chicken sandwich was so obviously the ghost pepper sandwich. I love spicy, and I eat the spicy sandwich from here a lot. This was soooooo spicy. Too much.

I have went here numerous times now. The food has always been very good. The service has kinda went down since I first started going. Overall I really like this Wendy’s. This Wendy’s and the Wendy’s on Hwy 72 East are my two favorites in Huntsville.

They were very busy in the drive through and the parking lot was full. We had about 15 people to feed so I thought we may never get out of here. But we found a spot to park and got food ordered. Sat outside since it was nice. Food was ready very fast. We go to the Wendy’s at the North Parkway location and would be in the drive through for 45 minutes so this was a great change.

Update to my review 5 months ago. They still can’t get it together. Decided to order breakfast this morning and it all was wrong. Daughters biscuit had egg on it with no cheese which wasn’t supposed to have egg but was supposed to have cheese. Sons French toast sticks had no syrup. And the kicker… my husband sausage egg and cheese biscuit was on a d*MN hamburger bun. No strawberries so we told them we wanted a fruit cup which was left out. No napkins no straws and no receipt. I’m done. I’ll never spend another penny here. 30$ down the drain.

Burger was raw in the middle. Not just under done, RAW. Ordered spicy nuggets and got regular. No napkins. No sauce. No spoon. This isn’t the first time but was hoping they would have improved by now.
