The food was decent, definitely not the best but tolerable… I received my food in a timely manner, most likely due to me being the only person at the drive thru… my main issue here, (it’s a big one because it’s what matters most of all), the lady at the drive thru window was so unfriendly and rude, it felt like I was talking to a guard at a prison or something, I did not feel comfortable there at all just because of how unfriendly this lady was… I don’t think I’ll be spending my hard earned dollars at this establishment again, management really needs to have a talk with their employees… No customers means no business and, unfortunately, that’s the destination this Wendy’s is heading for…

Update 7/10/2023: The service turnaround time has improved. Food was hot and fresh. Upgrading to 3 stars; headed in the right direction! Prior review: This location is chronically slow. The food was fresh and hot. I just don’t understand why, compared to other Wendy’s locations and other fast food chains, they can’t seem to pick up the pace. Also, the staff could be a little more interactive & friendly.

I was served obvious molded strawberries on my summer strawberry salad yesterday evening. And no receipt and no answer on the call. Did I got back for $10, absolutely NOT. I was also informed someone else just was served a molded bun from this location as well.

My boyfriend has brought me food home, twice now from this Wendy’s. BOTH TIMES our food is cold. He waited for OVER 30 minutes in the drive through, for cold food. The cheese is not melted. For a junior bacon cheeseburger the only thing hot about it was the tomato and wilted lettuce on top. This is what a cold, burger looks like from Wendy’s. Our chili literally is half full…. We will NOT be going to this restaurant ever again. There was nothing hot or fresh about it. Extremely disappointing.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. It’s a gamble every time I show up whether it’ll take them 5 minutes or 30 minutes to even get my order at the speaker let alone the upwards of 30 minutes it sometimes takes to get your food. If you’re looking for fast food don’t even bother coming here.
